Beautiful place, parking was included and service was excellent. Staff was super polite.

Friendly, helpful staff. Instructions in english and korean. Room was very stylish. Easy walk to metro or city busses. The instructions said the staff could help with understanding local transportation. I didnt need this, but it would be nice for people unfamiliar with getting around in Seoul.

Aircon struggled to keep up, but it was an insanely hot week in Seoul.

Toilet could use a door or curtain for non couple coming to stay. Also a full size mirror can be nice

Rooms are too small, hot and couldn’t any good sleep throughout the entire 4 days of my stay there . I had to open the windows at night which also made it impossible for me to sleep due the vehicular noise.

Perfect for a few days in Seoul. Great location for both buses & subway. The hotel is comfortable and offers all you beed for a stay in Seoul. For the price it is a good choice.

Conveniently close to the metro, shops and restaurants in walking distance. Large room and everything needed close at hand. Free bottled water provided in the lobby, too.

Not very centrally located in Seoul, but still very accessible by train. The lighting in the room was a bit odd and could have used a reading lamp by the bed.

Staff was really friendly and helpful. The location is great since it's a short walk from the bus and subway station and very silent at night, we were able to sleep great.The room was very clean and neat.

Hotel is well equipped and very close by the subway station.

Room size is slightly smaller but it’s not an issue as we are out of the hotel most time.

Sth was wrong with the temperature cause every night I woke up in the middle of the night all sweaty. Lights in the room were very dark.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cleaning was good, nothing was smelly, the sheets were clean. We were given a small bag with necessities (such as tooth brush, even scrunchie for women!)

no mirrors in the room, except for the one in the toliet. However the lighting is very dark in the toliet. Have to request for room cleaning at the front desk.

It’s was really close to the subway station, and has a lot of places to eat close by, also the staff was so nice and helpful

The temperature of the room we didn’t understand how it worked

Room (1003) is dark it even with all lights on.No bide, no privacy in the toilet.There is construction outside somewhere that you can see the water in the glass/bottle shaking.No cleaning unless you asked for.We didn’t need it but there are tables in the lobby with the sign on the wall “no food area”! Why the hell you have tables there?!

Love this hotel and always come back once I'm in Seoul. Staff are very friendly and all rooms very modern.

I loved the location because it was a 1 minute walk to the closest train line which was line 4. Right across the street from the hotel are 3 bus stops which also includes an airport limousine bus. It costs 17,000 korean won (about $12 usd). The bus that i took accepted cash, transportation cards or credit cards as payment. If you are going to use a credit card they will cahrge it when you arrive at the airport.There is also an abundance of restaurants and cafes all around the accommodation. The room is comfortable so if you go during winter time there is underfloor heating so your feet won't be cold. They offer water bottles in the refrigerator in the room. The staff is friendly and some speak or understand english. In the lobby they have a coffee machine and a microwave if you need to reheat or to cook convenience food.

The room temperature is a little hot even with the a/c running. There is a paper that they provide you upon check in and it says if the room is hot ask the front desk. I did inquire at the front desk about a fan and they said they didn't have any. Also if you are a light sleeper and if you leave the window open you will hear the street noise.
