LACOZi STAY

I was skeptical at first but starting from first impressions until the last interaction during check out were exceptional. Rooms were clean, quiet and staff were attentive, I would like to especially give thanks to thr night shift manager who I unfortunately did not get his name.

Little to complain about but if I were to nitpick, the pillows were just fine, not bad but nothing special.

Laundry was free and nice room to dry the clothes. Cooling system worked very well. Beds were comfortable. Shower and shampoo and soaps were high quality. Also we had free printing. This was very convenient

It was very spacious and clean.

The room was a little too hot and dry despite after we requested that the temperature be lowered a bit. However, we were able to open some windows to cool the room down.

It was a bit far from most of the activities and places we wanted to visit. It wasn't an issue, but we did have to consider the travel time.

Spacious apartments fully equipped with everything you need. The staff is amazing. Good value for the price. Nice apartments for a family stay!

Very comfortable and clean. The beds were also comfortable and cozy. Everything was accessible.

We were able to wash and dry our clothes. Also, they give free water bottles at the lobby or you can refill your water container on the 2nd floor where you can also work kind of like a work space.

The size of the rooms were good and there are good facilities like washer and dryer on the second floor the room also came with a kitchen so it's all good.

The plugs in the room some were straight some were slanted and some were too deep even my international plus adapters couldn't go in and even if they did they kept falling off.It would be good if the hotel provides their guest with an international adaptor.

My family did not eat breakfast.

Everything was great! awesome stuff, they communicated with about our delayed flight and the rooms were clean and spacious place to stay.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and kind.

Rooms were a bit sparsely furnished. But they were very clean so we were not bothered by the sparse furnishings.

The front desk that check us in is very welcoming and has pleasant personality, very helpful and check in was fast. Explained us the do's and dont's very well in english. The other staffs that we met during our stay was very kind and helpful.The room size is good and the beds are comfy. Bonus points on having a washer in the room. The location is good and the establishments around the hotel is a plus.

The place was clean and easy to find. Close to nice restaurant and the train station.

Light from the emergency exit at the entrance of the room could not be switched off, so quite disturbing at night.

There were convenience stores and eateries nearby the accommodation.The metro stations are Jungnang (150) and Sangbong (300m).Using Sangbong station, you can go to Elysia ski park in 1 hr 20 min.Mattresses and blankets are very comfortable. Washing machine works perfectly. Small drying rack provided.

There was no sink top for toiletries, dry clothes, etc. We used a dining chair for the purpose.

Perfect in everything. Have kitchen and washing machine. Netflix channels available. Like the personal wash items in the washroom as it feels silky smooth. All the basic necessities are provided except toothbrush and paste (but can be bought at vending). Spacious unit and comfy bed. Hotel near 2 convenience stores. Many restaurants are accessible near the hotel even until late at night. Near the metro and not so bustling area. Friendly staff and willing to help with direction finding.

Far from the city and may not be convenient wit luggages and shopping spree. But the convenience stay is a plus point and supersede the disadvantage.

It’s quite far out from main areas by car, but does have a station outside. It wax the cheapest option available and was basic but decent enough. Staff were nice

We had to wait for metro for a long time. It’s coming like ones for half an hour (because far from downtown probably)

The room is big, allowing two people with different bed time.

If the bed could be bigger, the sleeping quality should be better for two people, so as sofa.

The hotel is new, bed linen and towels are white and clean, plumbing, air conditioning are in excellent condition, everything in the room is new and clean, modern style. The room had a kitchenette, washing machine, everything was in working order. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the receptionist ordered food delivery for me through her app :) Be ready to sort your garbage

Location is away from everywhere, exept public transport. No bath towels
