- Outdated carpet and small lobby
- many things. we got a room with no window, so it felt like we were in a basement. the carpet and wallpaper were peeling. the bathroom was clean, and new, however, there was a weird musty smell that never went away. this is at best a 3 star hotel.
- I was in room 1009 and crying babies, phone conversations and music woke me up in the middle of the night. I can smell cleaning agents when housekeeping is cleaning. The walls are thin and insulation is poor.
