The staff here was absolutely wonderful! I will return because of the service from the staff. They were patient and helpful. I had to communicate with a translator because I am not a Chinese speaker and everyone was always willing to figure out my needs. They were so nice to my children and thoughtful about them. My son got hurt and they did everything to make him feel better. Breakfast was ok and had something different each day. I enjoyed the noodle bar and my kids loved the selection of fresh vegetables and fruit as well as the candy bar! The hotel restaurant is also pretty good. The hotel is perfect for Disney. It is very far away from museums, aquarium, airport and train station.
It would have been nice if the couch in the suite was a pullout bed. More Language options on the movies.

It is only a 20 minute walk to Disneyland. Beautiful grounds and gardens. You would never know you were near Shanghai, it is like staying in park lands.
Cost of breakfast. Again a buffet style no option or a smaller continental breakfast. This seems to be a theme on China stays.
Very close to the Disney park, about 10min walk. Staff were helpful and enjoyed the food at the restaurant. Bedroom was comfortable for night before and after Disney Day so you don’t have to go back to the city after a full day at Disney.

Hase no gym, no pool or other activities in the evening
It is close to Disney Shanghai. It is walking distance so if your purpose is to go to Disney the hotel is for you.
Although it is relatively clean, they have a funny toilet with two holes and they were dirty. You could see the black dirt stuck. The hotel doesn’t have much in terms of facilities. It is a four star, the staff speak basic English but can get by.
Hotel is nice, and good location. Very near to Disneyland, and glad there was a buggy service to send us to the maingate of the property at least.

Room was beautiful, very spacious.
Staff weren't overly friendly. 15-20min walk to disney but it's a nice walk. They have a golf buggy that was never advised to us or ask for lift when they saw us walking - it only goes to the main road not to disney - 2min ride
A very good hotel for Disneyland visitors. Very near to Disney, we walked to Disney land every day. Big and spacious rooms, the hotel area is also very big.
