Good location - convenient for work and public transport.

It feels very tired and somewhat dated.

room is okay and housekeeping service is good.

Frontdesk staff service is poor. They can't speak english at all and then they don't have service mind as well. They never say thank you and sorry. Also they don't explain anything such as breakfast location, invoice..etc.

Close to the public transport and close to the shopping center which has millions of nice food to choose from. Room service is very nice, Wendy of level 16. She works hard and tries to make every guest to have a nice and comfortable stay home away from home.

Gym’s air conditioning is a bit hot for exercise especially in the hot weather recently.

Nice and clean, 5 minutes walk to Yangchang Rd metro station. Nice and big breakfast.

Breakfast was average. The hotel was close to shops and shopping streets.

I really regret staying at this hotel.I made a reservation for 3 days.First, I went to the reception desk and paid extra for check-in. When I was surprised, I was told that VAT was 6% and Property service charge was 10%, but it was more than that.then when I entered the room, it smelled very damp and the furniture was very old. The TV does not have a smart box. The toilet is not automatic.Knowing all this, I sent a cancellation request to booking.com to cancel the remaining 2 days, but no response was received. When I went to the reception desk and told them about it, they said, "Please contact the app where you made the order," and they didn't accept it.I haven't been able to cancel my order for 3 days.I advise others not to choose this hotel.

The hotel’s front desk and concierge were very hospitable and accommodating. The housekeeping and room service were very polite and understanding. The gym, swimming pool, cafe/bar, bank and restaurant facilities were all great. The area was safe and very convenient for first time travelers with close proximity to a metro station, shopping malls, entertainment and a wide food selection from fast food to fine dining. Fantastic experience, overall 10/10!

The location is a quite good. The service for booking taxi was very helpful.

Money of deposit for mini bar was higher than room cost which wasn't mentioned on the booking.

The hotel is nice, conveniently located, close to shopping centers. Room service is excellent.

The administration at the reception cheats you! When you check in, as if to confirm the reservation and the cost indicated in Booking.com, you will be charged a deposit, but when you check out you will get a surprise.... To the total cost of booking you will add another +17% and they do not care about Booking.com and how you planned your expenses. The whole calculation is that you leave and rush to the plane and will not sort out and pay. Be careful!P. S. I sent proof of payment to Booking.com support but I never got a reply!

terrible experience on the night of 11/8

I did not sleep the whole night of 11/8 in the room 805 because their Karaoke (the hotel staff told me later it was at 6th floor) was running the whole night, and music beats and people singings were too loud. I tried many ways hope to ignore the noises but did not work. Finally I called the front desk around 3am, the lady said somebody would be sent up to check. I called again at 4am because nothing was changed in one hour - the Karaoke was still on and very loud. They told me that the hotel staff checked and did not hear anything. I was so angry and got up and tried to tape the loud Karaoke sound to show the front desk. At that time, a hotel staff came. The Karaoke sound was so loud and obvious, and I wondered why the hotel staff cannot hear. Then the hotel staff told me the truth that they cannot stop the Karaoke because they belong to different dept. The front desk called me around 5am and told me they can move me to the higher floor, but i only have about one hour left for the night. I had no other choice but move to the 19th floor. However with all happened in the night, I cannot sleep at all for that one hour. I stayed in this hotel in May, and Nov 7&8, and Nov 11, 12&13th (yes i booked three nights already!). It was a terrible experience in Nov 8th, 20023, and the hotel definitely need to refund me for that night.

Easy access to metro, lots of restaurants near by, nice and helpful stuffs.

Had problem with room temperature in the first room. The thermostat was not working properly. Sometimes room temperature was very cold. The stuff changed room for us. It’s getting better.
