I like the location in relation to my business connections. The staff are excellent. It is also just next to malls where i enjoy good alternative food.
Breakfast was great and delicious. Threre was many selections most notably Chinese and some Western. Location is great and close to restaurants and shopping malls. The Metro is only about 5 minutes walking distance. Robots cleaned the floors.

Location was excellent because there are many restaurants very close to the hotel. The Metro System is about a 5 minute walk and is very convienent. Breakfast is excellent with many choices and the environment is great. The room was very good. The hotel is old but is in excellent condition. The room was fine. There was a tub/shower combination.
There was a lot of traffic directly in front of the hotel. This was not a problem but you need to watch out for food delivery electric bikes and a lot of taxi traffic. The road is not a main throughway so it's acceptable. The hotel staff will happily make reservation for taxi service.
Accommodated early check in no issues straight to the room - easy access 5 min walk from subway - nice clean comfortable room not too noisy at night and was kept clean by the staff each day.

The choices of breakfast were amazing. I enjoyed the hot noodles well. The hotel is located at the area with many decent restaurants and shopping places. Recommended!

Bad
everything. Very bad experience. No one can speak English. I forgot an envelope in one of their restaurants and and they treated me like I was a thief. The hotel manager refused to give me my envelope until I check out of the hotel, although I gave him full description what was in it and he was screaming at me not to touch the envelope. I gave him my passport, IDs and everything they asked for to match the details in the documents in the envelope.I ended up staying awake from stress and was catching a flight at 6 am. They later booked a taxi for me to the airport and the taxi driver was sick and kept falling asleep on the wheel. Also none of the taxi drivers I took when returning to the hotel, knew where this hotel was located. When I returned in UAE I saw a youtube video of an angry guest crashing his car into the hotel because they took his laptop. I wish I saw this video prior paying for three rooms. Never staying there again.
