The cleanliness and friendliness

I was disturbed even when I had a Do Not Disturb sign. Also, it says staff speaks English but barely and caused me to have a very frustrating conversation while trying to have hotel assist me contacting the taxi that had just dropped me off at train station. I left my personal belongings in back of car by accident and because the hotel personnel that was assisting kept misunderstanding & not getting my meaning at all, so much time was wasted and almost missed my train.

Not the best check in experience for a 5star hotel as no one even assisted with taking bags to my room after a long flight. Language barrier, not many English speakers who respond to calls.

Room size was generous.Once upon a time it would have beeb grand.

Dining options were poor.Air con was not working.We could not turn off the bathroom lights and having already had staff in once who pulled a circuit breaker to turn off the entry light, we slept with them on as we had an early flight and not many hours to sleep.Signage was poor.

My stay at sofitel was absolutely flawless from check-in to checkout. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect—friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with luxurious amenities (the bed was like sleeping on a cloud!). Location couldn’t be better: close to airport, yet peacefully quiet. The breakfast buffet offered delicious variety, and the on-site Chinese restaurantexceeded expectations. Special shout-out to molly and audrey for their outstanding service! This isn’t just a hotel; it’s an experience. I’ll definitely return and recommend it to everyone. Thank you for making my trip unforgettable!

The food was amazing, a lot of choice! The room was very clean and on point, The Staff were very helpful Especially Audrey and Kyrie, they really assisted to have a very comfortable staff, even for late check out as my flight was later in the evening.

We have been this hotel since the hotel opened. We like this hotel everything including breakfast.

This time we stayed room seems a bit smelly from bathroom, maybe from sink.

The front desk service at this hotel is excellent! Halona Reception is warm and friendly, and check-in is quick and efficient. Patiently answer all my questions, but also offer the surrounding play advice. The room arrangement was also very considerate, taking into account my special needs. The entire stay experience is greatly enhanced by the excellent service at the front desk, highly recommended!

The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was so neat and comfortable that I slept soundly until morning. The hotel staff were incredibly nice. Rachel at the front desk patiently answered all my questions, and the service staff were both enthusiastic and efficient. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and tasted delicious. The location has great transportation access and is close to many attractions. It's extremely cost-effective. I'll definitely be back next time!

The rooms were immaculate but the mini bar was empty ?

The reception staff didn't seem very friendly, not even a smile on their face to greet you. Other than that the main issue for me was the language barrier... no one spoke English when I needed help
