IntercityHotel Shanghai Hongqiao Airport - Free Minibar for First Night

Location is very convenience for air transition

Very Confused billing process!! Didn't charged the credit card for reservation but asked customer to pay in cash! Limited paid breakfast option was provided and explained to customer!

The hotel is very nice and well-organized inside, and the room was spacious. The staff were super friendly and helpful — one of the receptionists even offered to walk me to the airport when I asked for directions. It’s also very easy to reach the airport, just a 5-minute walk to Terminal 1.

Comfortable bed

The 'Free Minibar' is one beer and a small can of sprite, this is deceptive. One beer between two people is not a free Minibar! Also was told there was no shuttle to airport. T2 is not close

This hotel room was the most equipped I have ever stayed in. Everything had been thought through and provided, from the beer glass with the built in bottle opener, to the robes, slippers, shopping bag, umbrella, digital bidet, usb sockets for bedside charging... the room was immaculate and tastefully furnished, the minibar was free the location was a short walk from the airport's Terminal 2, the staff were in redibly helpful even despite the distinct lack of English language skills One of the best hotels Ive ever stayed in

The wash basin was located in the bedroom instead of being in the bath room .Hotel is located away from anywhere to eat and hotel restaurant is closed by 8 pm .No shops in the vicinity of this hotel either and in a industrial type zone.

Nice and clean room with updated furnitures. Hotel very close to airport and provide free airport shuttle service.

Staff should more fluent in English, they rarely don't know the English language. It takes sometime a lot of time ton understand the things due to language barrier.

Very beautifully recently restylished hotel, spaciuous and very well equipped rooms, super nice and helpful staff, there is a shuttle service to the airport and railway station

The restaurant area is still a bit abandoned, maybe because its just new

No one speaks other language than Chinese, even "thank you" and simple numbers.Wi-fi didn't work at all. Could connect but that's it.
