Campanile Shanghai Bund Hotel

Being latinamerican, I really enjoyed the breakfast options. I like chinese food, however, I prefer american or european style breakfast. The location was excellent, near to people"s square and at a walking distance of the touristic buses.

Nothing, it was a very good experience. The hotel staff very friendly and helpful. I arrived at Pudong airport and took route 5 bus at only 20 Yuan and then I walked to the hotel.

Everything is old and needs some repairs like the room walls it must be repainted I was in room no. 539 its wall needs to be repainted. The staff are not helpful they are not qualified for such work. I asked them to extend my stay for one more day, they said that sorry we can’t and you have to find another hotel after finishing the 3 days. I told them to find any room for me and will pay them in cash. They said that it is impossible to find any rooms and the hotel is full. I go through booking website and book double room at the same hotel for one more night then informed them about my booking step . I told them I don’t want to change my current room due to my luggage situation. They said ok, you can stay at the same room and they act my new booking. It is the worst experience I ever have found in a hotel. Why they didn’t give me one more night at the same room from the beginning.

We loved our stay. Great location, quiet and comfortable rooms, clean, amazing breakfast and very hepful staff.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The entire room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, which was extremely uncomfortable for my family. The bathroom also had a bad odor and did not feel clean at all. Although the overall building and facilities looked nice, the room condition completely ruined our experience. Because of this, we eventually had to change hotels, which became an unforgettable and unpleasant memory for our family. I hope the management seriously improves cleanliness and room quality for future guests.

Good quit location near park. 7 minutes walk from shopping street.

Small rooms, bathroom is not that comfortable. Old equipment. Fridge was very loud.

24 hours reception,you can deliver goods from tao bao before you arrival. near zhenziang cross road which is near to halal food in shanghai.

Very good stay. The room was nice, comfortable and clean. The location is good to visit the city, you can easily walk to People's Square and Nanjin Road.

Breakfast is just okay. Not many options and not enough tables for everyone at the busiest times.

Air conditioner was not good in the room!

It is close to plenty of nice areas, yet is quite affordable.

There was major construction going on one block away and during the daytime and morning the jackhammers were quite loud.

Location was very convenient. Breakfast was excellent with large verity. Good value!

Shower had no water pressure, rooms a bit outdated and not super clean.

Our second stay this holiday. Had a bigger room than last time which was perfect. Bathroom needs a little care otherwise very happy

location is good, pretty easy to go everywhere, as a muslim traveler i love that the halal restaurant is only 10 minutes walk from the hotel.breakfast was good, staffs are helpful as well, most of them speaking english. was a pleasant stay!

The hotel had a really good location, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The breakfast was also very good, with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, it was a comfortable stay in a convenient spot.

It's not the hotel's fault, but just next to it there is construction happening, and they are starting working there very early in the morning (5 am), so it can affect your sleep.

The location, the helpful staff, the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, the great breakfast.

Some of the staff was very helpful and the room was clean.

The hallways were dark and smelled like mold. The location is far from attractions and I did not feel safe in the area. With constructions around the hotel, it wasn’t peaceful.

Staff did their utmost to fulfil the demands and give good service, despite the poor condition of the facility.The location is great.

1. Breakfast was very poor (no fresh vegetables, one day was full of uncut cucumbers).2. The breakfast area is also the lobby - for Lobby, it is ok for breakfast in the open space, which was unpleasant. 2. I booked 2 rooms, 1 room was perfect, but the second room, we had to change 3 times due to different maintenance issues.3. Going out of the elevator, you are facing the back side of a big refrigerator (that could have some decorative cover, and anyway, it was empty and not working)
