SSAW Boutique Hotel Shanghai Xuhui

Nicely decorated , well equipped. Facility is very complete for the price we are paying. I like the free laundry , breakfast and the room comfort. Staff really tried to help but sometimes feel like a bit avoidant.

The toilet had sewer smell coming out. We only notice it on the 2nd last night.

Clean, modern facility and very helpful kind staff

Very comfortable and staff are very helpful.

It is reasonably close to the metro station. It is in the quieter part of town so I felt quite peaceful. It has conveniences such as a laundry so I can do my washing.

Team members are very helpful. Room very clean. Breakfast is very good.

Clean and looks really new! If going to shanghai south railway station and metro it takes about 15mins walk.

The staff at the counter seemed.. shady. Ive paid through my card with booking.com however he mentioned did not receive and had to made another payment again? I was wondering if i was double charged and if yes. Whats the solution?

the atmosphere( furniture too) is very good

•staff are so unfriendly except few staff•the room was almost clean, but the drain of bathroom was not cleaned every day

beautiful hotel and comfy bed. If ever been again in Shangai I would come back in this hotel.

staff cant speak english much, But it wasnt a problem.

Clean hotel, helpful and kind staff and nice rooms

Really pretty room, nice tub!

Bed was a bit harder than I'm used to

It is a very good hotel, very clean, comfortable, with good design and very polite staff. The breakfasts are amazing, there is food for any taste, very good Chinese food. The garden is very nice, quiet with a pond and sound of water.

Everything was good, there was nothing I would complain about. Totally recommend. To the metro station it's 15 minutes. And to the center by metro it's about 50 minutes. Anyway it's reachable and quiet area.

We were received very warmly The staff made us feel so special The upgrade to the suite was a surprise Overall, stay was unforgettable Keep up the good work We will be back for sure

Excellent breakfast, beautiful garden, comfortable room

Non-English speaking person

Nice little hotel with comfortable and clean rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was great!

Staff did not speak English well but was helpful

The decor, responsiveness of staff, bathroom

clean and all the staff are friendly, especially Wang Zhendong, he is very helpful with what I need

many do not yet speak English

Nice, bright room. A soft bed. I liked the balcony, it's a pity that the weather was gray.A varied and delicious breakfast.Excellent value for money.

A broken curtain in the bathroom. It doesn't open. The staff speaks very little English, although there are enough English-speaking tourists in the hotel. At least the basic phrases can be learned. Otherwise, everyone is very friendly and pleasant.

Good staff especially Justin as he helped me carry my luggage. Comfortable bed. A bit far from the metro station but good location nonetheless

Good location, close to Shanghai South Station and other public transport. Very kind and helpful staff. Specially thankful for manager Song & manager Liu’s friendly support, letting me experienced wonderful welcome home feeling.

I am very satisfied with the equipment in the room, the fullness of breakfast, and the service of staff.

Nothing to be dissatisfied with

The bed was very comfortable.

Not enough coffee in the room.
