The staff was very kind and helpful

I didn’t like nothing about this property The room smelled cigarettes ? I ask to be changed to another room it was the same the smell of cigarettes most likely coming from the ventilation. The wall was dirty eww ? the bed so uncomfortable I woke up with a back pain.

All service is very good. Hotel is new and modern.

Surrounding area is quit quiet at night.

Nobody speaks English, not able to communicate at all, weak wi fi, paid for breakfast and airport transfer even though it was included I was never told so ended up paying again.Rooms smell of smoke

Staff are not good, location is 30 mins away from hotel, shuttle drivers are horrible drivers, no food spots around and need AliExpress to buy stuff from hotel. Towels smelled funny too

Booked last minute, its was very modern clean and comfortable bed and pillows.

It felt a long distance from the airport

The hotel is very close to Pudong airport around 15 Mins away. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus to the airport with excellent frequency (every1 hour).For the price it’s totally worth it it’s basic clean super modern and most of all the staff is very helpful. They were even ordering food from local Chinese apps since apart from breakfast the hotel doesn’t have food or a restaurant.

Bed was comfortable and room was a good size.

Staff did not provide wifi password on check in. When I called to reception the passcode they provided didn’t work.

Airport shuttle service could be better.. from hotel to support was great and in time. From airport to hotel was not so good… they did not adhere to schedule. Waited 45 minutes for shuttle

we only stayed there for one night, as we had a flight the next day, but we were surprised how modern the hotel was.the breakfast was alright, nothing special. the most convenient part were the shuttle buses.

the breakfast could have been better and the staff was really nice, but they didn't speak english so it was a bit difficult to communicate. still, they were very nice and they even help us to order food as we didn;t figure out how to pay.

Close to the airport! Nice room, good bedding. The bed was small, asked to change for a bigger room with extra couch as we booked, extra bedding was provided. Friendly stuff, a better English then the other hotels stuff. Shuttle bus to the airport, but bus was terrible. Good breakfast. Challenging to find your room as it’s a bit of a maze.

The staff was helpful, there’s a shuttle from the airport and a tiny area to buy noodles and snacks near the reception desk.

Room was big and clean. Free shuttle bus, very necessary as the hotel is far from everything.
