friendly staff, excellent accommodations, great location all for a good price

Only having one room key for three people was a little inconvenient when someone had to leave the room.

So so...Not bad, But need to be improved in all services..

This hotel does not provide breakfast, nor restaurant.. Staff are also soso...

Uncomfortable and inconvenient

There is no convenient hot waterWe requested breakfast to go and that was not available, thus not even refunded the breakfast.Bathroom water was not 100% cleanBlind were musty The photos on the website did not match what we saw

Very good location within 150m walk to metro station. Many food shops and restaurants nearby. Comfortable room and bed and clean. suitable for group stay and family as there's a kitchen and washing machine.

Facilities can be better, there's a kitchen but there's no fork or spoon, plates or bowl.

Location is excellent, nearest metro station is within 150m walk. Many shops and restaurants within 200m walking distance. Room is big, beds are comfy and clean. very suitable for family too as it is basically a apartment studio room.Breakfast spread is repeat during our stay however have all the food we need to start our day. Staff overall are helpful and friendly.

Room furniture a little outdated but is ok. Kitchen utensils can be better e.g. basic fork and spoon, bowls and plates. There's stove, oven, rice cooker and a frying pan but we have nothing to use for eating. Is too troublesome to keep asking housekeeping.

Washer smaller than the usual, but still ok. Fridge difficult to open. Pillow too soft

Convenient location to city center or suburb areas via metro. There’s a supermarket downstairs for daily necessities if you plan to have a long stay here. Room is spacious with a walk-in closet and a bay window.

The room has a kitchen but with no provision of cooking and eating utensils.

Clean,tidy, near to station, a lot a food corner. Good staff and good breakfast.

Everything its perfect but for another country culture dont have bidet on toilet its not comfortable. Also no sound proof little bit noisy from top floor

Quite convenient location to city centre. Big and spacious for family with washing machine, big fridge and cooking facilities.

My bathroom had a very strong horrible smell of cigarette the first night. Staff was quick to help resolve. Would have like to change room but thankfully smell was better the following day.

Spacious, clean, comfortable, practical, friendly. It was super handy to be able to do laundry and make food.

Housekeeping was very thorough and came very frequently. I would have preferred eco-friendlier alternatives.

It is not a deposit. It is theft!

They took a deposit from me upon checking in and would return it upon check out. They refused and said they would return it to my account within a week. A whole month passed and they did not return it. The staff are liars. A very bad experience.

LocationGreat & friendly staffs

Cleanliness is poor, especially the bathroom, all the stains at tiles, stains at basin & toilet bowl, super poor cleaning. Restaurant utensils are not clean as well. I was at the same hotel Nov 23 and was clean but not for this time. There are people smoking within the hotel.

Location ,neat and 100mtr from metro station gate no. 2 on line 1.

Not much options for international restaurants or pizza shops, etc , only local restaurants around .

Communication with the staff was rather challenging as most only speak Chinese

Near metro station, great deal, very friendly staff. Highly recommend the delicious food on the 2nd floor, very clean and relaxing.

Free wi-fi is not stable sometime.
