Very Handy location for me. Right near the Metro. Very quick to connect underground walkways to shops, restaurants, and metro.

Sometimes DIDI took a long time to arrive

Great location convenient to everywhere by metro Line 2 and 15.Breakfast is balanced between Western and Chinese dishes, although needs a little more changes from day to day selections, especially during weekends.

The hotel is in a cool area, close to restaurants and a wonderful mall. The hotel staff was very accommodating and upgraded us in a beautiful room. They helped with the luggage. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great.

The smell of the soap was not my favorite at all, but that’s personal.

Clean and sparkling hotel, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, nice service...you can find everything around the hotel and the surroundings are nice (market-shopping mall-restaurants etc), metro line 2 is 250 meters...i leave more satisfied with every stay

Located in a more local part of Shanghai, less than a 10 min walk to the metro station. Lots of food options around. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Good location, about 10 mins walk to the closest metro station which is line 2. All the tourists attractions on are on line 2 ie Jing An Temple, Nanjing East Rd etc

Hotel located very close to a subway station of line 2 and with many shops, restaurants and coffee shops around it.Very friendly and helpful staff (that's my experience in China when I lived there for 7 years).Excellent breakfast.Although many (electrical) cars in the street of the hotel once inside the hotel it was very quiet.

Very good buffet breakfast. Location was less than 10min walk to metro station. Room was very comfortable and quiet. Helpful staff. Weather was very hot but 2 free bottles of water provided in the room every day.

No spoons provided at breakfast for cereal for some reason - had to ask!

Good staff, clean and nice rooms. Good service clean and welcoming.

Guest room has enough space even with a king size bed, writing desk and a chair. The bath room equiped with a large size bath tub. All space were very new and clean.

The hotel location is on the one way traffic road and inconvenient sometime.

Everything. The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. We were aiming for a relaxing holiday and the hotel is really perfect for everthing. The front desk was friendly! Breakfast was rich in variety.

Good location for a short stay close to the Hongqiao Airport. Only 5 metro stops from terminal 2. Metro is a 5 min walk with enough shops and malls in the neighbourhood.

There was a buzzing sound in the room from the electricity. Only way to make it stop is to remove the keycard.

I really like predictable quality in Holiday Inn hotels, the bed was super comfortable, every little thing is available like slippers, bath robe, umbrellata, etc. The breakfast was good. But the real gem of this hotel is consierge Peter who was incredible help. He was pro-active, which is 1st time for us travelling many years in China, he offered help with taxi and booked in advance our airport ride, organized parcel dispatch, his English at excellent level and we could not be more happy to have such a kind and professional person helping us. Thank you Peter, you are the best!

Check in process was long and tiring due to staff claiming problems with my bank card. The fact is that nowadays everyone pays in China via wechat or Alipay, people really have no idea how to use card machines. He tried unsuccessfully many times and finally said that "you should check with your bank, your card is not working", end of conversation, he was not tring to understand what is wrong. Finally older guy stepped in and in 5 secods later payment was done. Personnel should be trained better - if you are not sure, or don't know ask for help from senior staff.
