Holiday Inn Shanghai Hongqiao By IHG

Very nice hotel with big comfortable rooms. The breakfast was also very nice. The pool was closed for maintenance so did not use it but the fitness center was good. The Hongqiao Airport and Railway station are a short taxi ride away. Over all a nice place.

The hotel is away from all public transport so you have to take a taxi. Its far away from the city. Didn't see much like restaurants, supermarket, etc. nearby (Maybe I didn't know where to look). You will hear the aircraft flying over you.

Lovely hotel, with kind and helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable

Nothing :)

The staff, especially Lucy Liu, were incredibly helpful and willing to provide me the best assistance possible. The breakfast was varied and had western options. The gym worked for most of my stay and had good equipment. The location is very good with many restaurants, bars, malls, metro stations and shops nearby.

The gym was closed on my last day. There seemed to be a problem with the elevators, sometimes they would choose not to go down to the B1 level (gym) and I would have to change elevators to see which one worked.

It has one of the best gyms in the hotel in Shanghai and apart from being a good hotel this is the reason why I am coming back

The hotel was great, we stay just one night. The staff was polite and upstanding service for Tine Ge.

What made me feel very friendly was that the hotel staff were very helpful to us, especially Susan at the front desk. It is also very close to Hongqiao Airport and will stay here again next time we are in Shanghai

The hotel environment is good, the front desk check-in is smooth, and Lily's service is also very friendly. I extended my stay again

The location of hotel is very good . Easy to catch flights and train. Staffs are very good . English speaking staffs. Specially breakfast is good for both national and international guests. This is my 2nd time in this hotel.

During my stay , Fannie at the front desk left a great impression. She greeted me with a warm smile and efficiently handled my check - in. Her helpful attitude made my experience wonderful. I'd love to come back!

The room is comfortable and clean, Lily is excellent

Spacious and comfortable room

The hotel is near the airport so the noise of landing planes is quite disturbing if you opened the windows. The room was not clean enough. After checking-in, we found that dust was everywhere in the room on the desk and bench.

The reception staff at the lobby were very helpful and cheerful. They were accommodating our difficulties. Special mention to Cici and Jennifer at check in for their support.

Only the noise of the flights. But I chose the property because of the closeness to the airport

I like the size of this accommodation and also remember the staff named ‘Fannie’ she was really kind and helpful?

Close to the train station and airport , friendly staff. Comfy bed

Cici at the front desk was incredibly professional and friendly，she handled everything quickly

This stay was fantastic! The hotel is very close to the airport, just a 15-minute taxi ride away, making it a blessing for travelers with early or late flights. The check-in and check-out processes were quick and efficient. The front desk staff, especially Lily and Tina, were friendly and provided attentive service, making us feel right at home. The room was clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed and excellent soundproofing. We couldn’t hear any airport noise at all, allowing for a very restful stay. The room was well-equipped, with fast Wi-Fi and a desk that was perfect for business use. The bathroom had great water pressure, and the hot water came quickly. The breakfast offered a variety of options, combining both Chinese and Western styles, and everything tasted great. The freshly brewed coffee and fresh fruit were especially delightful, giving us energy for the day ahead.Overall, this stay was extremely satisfying and offered great value for money! Whether for business or leisure, this hotel is an excellent choice. Highly recommended for anyone needing to catch a flight!

wonderful service！excellent staff，especially Chris at reception，warm smiling and greeting let me feel this hotel is home away from home。
