Pros +
- It's very difficult to locate entrance of the hotel. When I booked I saw that there is a sofa bed, but when checked in, I was told that they never have sofa bed, so I have to book another single room in the spot. Bad expereince !I like that there is washing machine.
- Good location, nice room with all the amenities needed.
- Old, dirty, poor service.
Cons -
- Staff speaks only Chinese.
- The property was old and dirty. It looks not even close to the pictures. The walls have cracks and dirt marks. The sink leaks water and smells like sewage. Worst of all, there was strong cigarette smell coming out of bathroom. It smelled like someone was smoking in the room. When we notified the front desk, we were told that is normal and to open a window. We were unable to use the restroom for the entire stay. There was no apology or attempt to make things right. Would never stay here again.
- Dirty, we found several cockroaches. There was smell of smoke coming in the rooms during the night

Disappointing
It is poorly marked online and hard to find. The room was unclean, smelled constantly of cigarette smoke and we found cockroaches.
Great location. To have washing machine and kitchen in the room is amazing! Just a good hotel to sleep and do everyday needs.
Not easy to find. Entrance looks much like industrial building. Only the 4th floor, not so greate city view.
