I would like to sincerely thank Melody for offering us a later check-out, which was handled in an exceptionally smooth and efficient manner. The process was straightforward and completed without any unnecessary or lengthy discussion, reflecting her professionalism and respect for the guest’s time. Although I was prepared to proceed with the payment, Melody proactively waived the fee and arranged the late check-out free of charge. This thoughtful gesture was a perfect move on her part and left a very positive impression on us. Her decisive action, customer-oriented mindset, and genuine hospitality truly enhanced our overall experience.

Holiday Inn was nice! I had to add more nights before checking in and they conveniently add the nights in, didn't make a fuss about it. the key didn't work on the day when I asked the front desk, she mentioned rudely because I added more nights, but she took care of the problem right away. On the day of check in, staff was really nice, gave map and directions to all the different attractions. Recommended some good food around. when we checked out, our wifi automatically got disconnected but we had to order didi taxi so one of the front desk staff, gave us another wifi access. Location wasn't conveniently located to any major attractions but there are small restaurants all around, so food wasn't any problem. Family Mart is next to the lobby so whenever we were hungry, we can just grab any food or drink.

It's not on the cheaper side but we did get what we paid for. Location wasn't close to any attractions. That one staff that was rude but everybody else was really nice.

We had a great stay: the staff are welcoming and professional; the breakfast was amazing; and we used the laundromat, gym, swimming pool, and luggage storage service -- all free of charge.The hotel is also conveniently located close to the city center. We used the pay-per-ride bikes to get to every place we wanted to visit, and it was surrounded by good restaurants where we could meet up with friends. The walk by the river was very nice!

The facilities are a bit dated - new towels and a new treadmill would be nice, and the restaurant could use some new chairs.

We are family with 2 kids (13 and 15). We booked a room with 1 king+bunk bed. It’s comfortable for our family. There’s Family mart on 1st floor.

Love the location, close to metro line 7 at changshou Rd station. Staff were very good and ro was big and spacious. Got a free breakfast cos it was my fast stay. Highly recommended

Facilities a bit aging, may need refurbishment . Air conditioner or ventilation inside the hotel room not working well.

We had a bed experience.

The hotel is in poor condition, the furniture is old and damaged, the beds are terribly uncomfortable. The linen is clean. The windows in the room and in the breakfast area are very dirty. The plates in the dining room are in poor condition. The staff's clothes are very dirty at breakfast. The terrace is untidy. The water in the small pool on the terrace is very dirty. The location is bad. It is far from the center. There is a carpet at the entrance to the elevators and it is very difficult to carry a suitcase on it. Not 4 stars, probably 2.

The room size is good. The bathroom is also good. The hotel is cleaner than it looks from the outside. The location is perfect. It has Metro Line 7 access within only 5 minutes of walking. Food options are also very much available in the area. The best part is it has a Family Mart on the ground floor.

They should let the guests decide whether they need a cooling or heating option with the AC. Since we went during winter, we only could use the heater. For longer stays in the room, it is quite hot.

This trip, I have started at Holiday Inn Jing’an on my arrival, I am very much happy with my stay there, the hotel is new and clean. And the coffee machine is ready at all time. To be frank, I will stay there on my next trip there.

The room was large and clean.

Very worn hotel. Beds for the kids were without proper mattresses, only matress tops. We got them to put in an extra layer, but it was still super hard and the kids complained.

The property was in a good area for walking. It was quick and easy to get transportation. The staff was absolutely amazing. They made a little cake for my husbands birthday and accommodated our room with a bed for our son. I would stay here again.

The only thing I felt was too expensive was the laundry. We traveled for a long time and needed our laundry done. It was more than our entire stay. Probably best to use a laundry mat next time.

The size of the room was spacious for 3pax, the double is good for one adult one kid. Not suitable for 2 adults. A short walk from the train station, surrounded by good eateries, in a very good location. Very good breakfast spread too, I got to try the different types of local delight.

In my opinion, the staff were lacking warmth, I even saw them talking among themselves - like urging. This is with guests seated at the lobby. Another observation, the staff at the breakfast cafe don't actively remove empty plates.

Everything so complete, from pool,gym,toiletries service manage to check in early.

Nothing everything was good except the WiFi in China i guess really bad ,not only hotel but also restaurant not usage

Spacious rooms, clean, everything provided (slippers, hairdryer, bath robes, etc). Our room was also very quiet (my husband is a light sleeper), so this is important to us.

The outside of our room window was a bit dirty, but that’s the only negative I can think of.

1. There was a constant smell of moisture in the room, like a laundry room.2. The air conditioner control panel mounted on the wall did not work completely.3. When checking into the hotel, the hotel receptionist tried to buy a good review on Booking by offering me a free breakfast.4. The deposit is returned within a few weeks!

The location of the hotel is perfect just a few minutes from the metro station. The room is big and clean. and the staff was very helpful. even with my orders, they kept on sending them to me. breakfast was nice. overall experience was amazing.

The room was very functional and the hotel staff is extremely professional and helpful. The housekeeping service was also flexible and efficient. The view from the poolside is great. The neighborhood is nice, you can take walks by the canal.

The sauna was not working, though a main reason to choose this hotel was the pool and the sauna. The pool was great, though quite crowded with non-guests.
