The location is fantastic. Lots of popular places are accessible by walk, or just a few stops by subway. Staff was supportive and friendly. Facility may not be 'great' like starred hotels but pretty good for the money.

I have to pay for every extra thing i.e. toothpaste, towel etc. I think property should provide these things with out charge for first time.Hostel should put some guidance signs about the location on the road or on main entrance to guide the new comers. As it was difficult for me to find the Main entrance.

The location is brilliant, especially for the price. The staff are friendly and kindly upgraded our room! Second time staying here, and wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting Shanghai!

Change the room twice, but always found people who were disturbing comfort night sleep.Someone was snoring, in another room, someone was smoking an electronic cigarette, turning on the light every few hours during the night, and eating food after 11 PM. Do something with it, please!

Amazing place to stay during my last minute booking on arrival to Shanghai. All the basics you need for a short stay. Staff were amazing! Less people also, which means it's better and more peaceful.

I've stayed here multiple times when visiting Shanghai and will continue in the future. The staff are always willing to help with any questions, the location is quiet yet close to East Nanjing Road, plus the hostel is clean with extra comfy beds. 10/10

The room was really nice.

It should be cleaner specially the balcony where I wanted to seat but there were chicken bones (it was not clean).

It was noisy outside the room, a kind of laundry room was near to our room, so the staff did a lot of noise very early in the morning
