Staff were super kind and helpful, and they speak English, which was a nice surprise in China.

The hotel can be a bit hard to find at first.

Very difficult to find it inside the building and it’s on the 5th floor. If we stay more then 3 days please changed the sheet and pillow sheet.

Super super helpful staff - really wanting to help - excelling at using their translation devices.Amazing location for transportation and for food - great bao restaurants on the road behind and good restaurants for dinner next to the hotel.

WiFi was challenging. I had to sit in the lobby to do all my work calls which was very very frustrating.

For a 3-star hotel, this place is absolutely great! The furniture is new, everything smells fresh and clean, and the room has all the essentials you might need — including a sensor toilet, a sensor mirror, and other nice details that make your stay comfortable. The air conditioning works perfectly, which is a big plus.There’s also a common laundry room with a washing machine and a steam iron, which is really convenient for longer stays.The location is excellent — just about 10 minutes from the metro station. There’s a large shopping mall nearby where you can find both Chinese and Western food, and even a Starbucks.The staff are friendly and helpful.I highly recommend this hotel!

Nice hotel a few minutes from the bund, the staff is really nice and the room has everything you will need, totally recommend it.

First moment, the taxi drops you, there is no sign outside. They started to work on it today. You walk in a huge space with several receptions and no one to help you. This is a busy building. Another room with out window. Third day the shower floded. I went to reception to let them know. They brought towels as you couldn’t walk in the room. A guy came to repair. Just open the drain. Then I went out that afternoon and when back my room still was not done with all the towels on the the dirty floor. When I asked the receptionist, with absolutely no English, they have to many check ins, only 1 person to clean, no time. This morning, before leaving for the airport, all my bags ready , I went to take my shower just before I leave. Same problem floded. But now my bags are sitting out the shower door at the entry. Everything got soaked. I had to empty suitcase and bags as it was bad. I dryed with hairdryer and I barely made my flight. That was my great experience for a hotel that I am very angry.

Only the bed was good.

- The room was filled with some insects, so I had to eliminate them by myself. - The drainage of the shower was very slow (it was kinda of clogged). I asked the staff to fix the problem, but the same thing the day after.- The windows of the room was located on the corridor location (no sunlight or fresh air comes to my room), also you can hear noises from the neighboring rooms.- the hotel is located at 5th floor, and the building has more than hotel each floor. however they're 4 different elevators which not all of them take you to 5th floor. My complaint is there was no proper signs to reach the hotel.- I contacted the hotel about my late arrival because my flight was delayed due to bad weather, they said no problem we have 24/7 reception desk. When I arrived I found no one at the front desk, but the receptionist of other hotel helped me to find them.- lastly, the hotel doesn't have a breakfast option, so I had to buy it from the other hotels from the same building.

The location is very central, nice. Also the rooms are comfortable with big bathroom. Perfectly working lighting and nice AC control. Close to many shopping malls or metro lines. Xiao Dan was very helpful. I liked the stay.

Room was new and location good. The staff were really friendly.

There were toe nails on the floor so the room wasn’t properly cleaned, shower made hissing noise all night, light switches didn’t work properly, projector required update that never went through so you couldn’t use it, air conditioning wasn’t working properly and my clothes were damp in the morning.

The hotel is on very convenient location in the middle of so many department stores and restaurants. The check-in process via WeChat is very effective (they answered immediately after we added and send them message). The room is clean and cozy, great for the price. I would like to give special compliments to two little girl named Xiaoxue who checked us in and Xian Dan who help us with washing machine. Both of them have been very kind and helpful to us for the whole month we stayed there and just made our stay in Shanghai very delightful. ?

Location is 10 minutes away from the metro station in Pudong area, a very new and green area of the city full of malls and office buildings, there are buses that take you to center in 1 stop from there. Staff were nice, despite not being able to communicate in English they make the effort to help using translators. Don't get surprised by the cumbersome entrance, as many places in China you have to enter through another building to the 5th floor where the hotel is located. Rooms are new and spacious, very clean, very confy bed and nice bathroom with few toiletries included. You can "store" you luggage before/after your checks without problems. They even have laundry available for use.

The entrance is a bit hidden, as there are other hotels in the same lobby/building. Otherwise nothing to say.

they do some renovated in another room and i'm surprised they work until sunday, but i don't spend to much time in my room so and the staff ask me to change, i decided to keep the one,Else i'm agree to have noise but nothing spécial ... very good one and quiet

Very loud with construction but very good value.

Construction at 7am down the hall and then the bathroom smelt like smoke.
