Conveniently situated close to malls and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. The subway close by. I absolutely loved my stay. Shame I had to return home!!!

The breakfast was acceptable . The location was good being close to subway station.

It was more a residence than a hotel. The room was very small and it was a very bad smell coming from the bathroom.

Overall it was good and I will consider for my next Shanghai stay

I had friends came to chi chat and we had a pot of tea in the breakfast canteen. The tea priced RMB388 which was quite exaggerating and not friendly

Very welcoming and professional concierge and reception. Room is clean and got everything we need. Perfect housekeeping everyday with clean towel and linen.

The toilet shower is narrow and no proper place to stand but on a bathtub, water pressure for shower is low.

Really close to metro station which can directly take you to a few attractions locations. There’s a big mall across the road with amazing food choices too! Would recommend!

Clean, nice neighborhood, very friendly staff. I enjoyed the overall vibe. Location is splendid, everything you need within 5 min.

1- staff didn’t talk english and this cause me to miss the breakfast for example because they don’t have the ability to answer me .2- i went on 10:00 am the breakfast already finished.3- no more option for yesterday’s dinner as it is not suitable for eastern visitors . 4- price is too high compared to other hotels.

Gym, breakfast with reasonable choices. Staff are very helpful.

The stuff doesn't speak English. Those who do, are arrogant (a lady in navy blue uniform who works bu reception desk). But they try to be helpful and react to problems quickly.

Nice, clean, high up floors so you can see a lot and the hotel seems very new and modern. Didn’t have the breakfast as I wanted to explore China for authenticity

Staff weren’t easy to deal with, very cutthroat attitude but I do honestly believe it’s the culture, I’m quite likeable and pleasant to speak with in any environment (life of sales) however I think learning the language would have been a better experience (next personal objective)

Very luxurious hotel for the price - close to metro and within 20 minutes within city centre. Next to very big shopping with many food options. Would definitely stay next time again if the price remains the same

Problems with air conditioning ( hydration)

The hotel is near a metro station and a great shopping mall with many eateries.Going to the city centre is not a problem as it is just a train ride away.

You need to do a transfer to another line to get to the Bund and many places of interest. International airport is a bit far away in Pudong.

The location is nearby a Metro Station (Intersection Zhenru), which was great. The hotel offers a huge and tasty variety of Chinese and Continental food for Breakfast.The staff was always very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the pool was still unser construction, of what I was Not informed in advance. They appologized immediately.

The Sound of the elevators when they Stop is a bit too loud and we could hear it every time in our room as it was nearby them. You had to wait a certain time to get an Elevator while breakfast rush-hour.to get one.

The hotel is very modern, clean and well decorated.We stayed on the 30th floor so we enjoyed a pretty nice view of the city (minus a big future construction site nearby).Breakfast is good too with a decent variety for all tastes.

We had booked a room for 2 people with breakfast included. When we arrived, the staff tried to charge us for an additional breakfast, citing that we only booked breakfast for 1 (which everyone who's ever used booking knows it's not even possible - when you book a room for 2 people with breakfast included, it's included for BOTH). They had a very rigid attitude and told US to contact booking to solve the issue - when the normal thing to do would have been for the hotel to try and get it sorted.We did contact booking and got it sorted, by the end they didn't charge us anymore, but still the bad experience was left (and it's not so much about the breakfast or price anyway, but about the very rigid attitude).The problem (or any problem/need) is made worse by the fact that the staff doesn't speak English almost at all. The few people that know a little bit, don't know enough to deal with a complex situation with a foreign tourist. We called room service to ask for tissues and they could not understand what we wanted, even though we tried explaining it in many ways: napkins, paper for face, toilet paper for blowing nose :).. even tried saying it in broken Mandarin... nothing.Finally we told them to come to the room with some water, and we could show them what we need. Surprise: they sent a robot up with the water, so we couldn't show a person what we needed. We just gave up after that.

Good view, spacious room. Have what needs to have in a hotel, including ironing board. Suitable for business trip / short stay.

Low water pressure for shower, slow water drainage for shower. The sign to hotel from metro entrance is accurate but inconvenient with large suitcases (staircase) - but seems solvable once the building interior is ready to operate.
