Green Court Residence City Center, People's Square,Shanghai

The location was perfect. Close to the metro station at People Square and easy to find places to eat on Nanjin road.

Our hotel room had water leak one day. It was fixed within 1 hr.

Rooms were comfortable and well equipped, staff were friendly.

Kitchen did not have dish brush, dishwasher liquid for washing dishes,nor cloth/sponge for wiping kitchen surfaces, which seemed a bit strange for a nicely equipped kitchen.

The location was definitely the best. Easy access to the Subway at People's Square. From the subway you can pretty much visit most of the tourist sites in Shanghai. Our room came with microwave and stove, which was really nice as well.

There isn't much wall noise insulation. We stayed a total of four nights, on the 3rd night a family with two young children moved to a near by room. You can definitely hear all the conversations and the crying from the children.

Interior is dated although well maintained. Location and friendliness of staff makes it up. My room was a bit stuffy and smelled of cigeratte, had to open room for a while to get some fresh air. May be get cleaner to notify front desk in future?

For the price I paid, this is a great choice.

Very good location, it was clean and comfortable. Bed was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helped us out with all our needs.

Spacious, clean, close to People Sq metro station, Bund, stores, and many activities. Good breakfast. Free laundry machines.

'Do not disturb' sign is occasionally ignored.

Very convenient for Didi to pick- up and drop off. Close to convenience stores and 6-8 mins walk Huanghe Road which is full of restaurants and food to pick from. Jia Jia Tang Bao is in the same street. Room is very spacious and very clean. The kitchen was as if no one ever used it and it was very new. Love the facilities provided- they have everything we need. We went during winter and they had the centralised heater on which was a bit too warm for us. So we requested for access to the balcony so we can have the windows open for ventilation and staffs were happy to help to make our stay comfortable. I love how they have so much cabinet space for clothes and items with many hangers provided. Toilet itself is warm and comfortable.

Rooms are spacious, very clean, comfortable beds and pillows.The kitchenette is a plus, and the bidet toilet seat is a plus as well.Location is very good, close to Nanjing Rd. and it has a Family Mart just around the corner.

Although the staff from the breakfast room does their best to accommodate guests needs, for the size of the Hotel, the restaurant is too small

Some rooms are smaller than the picture. And the elevators are slower.

We like the location、Breakfast and staff was very nice .

The property has aged since my last stay in 2019. Also you had to pay to see anything halfway decent on the TV. To get a few minutes of news you had to endure commercials advertising questionable medical products for about 10 minutes. No tv in bedroom as 2019 had one but nothing to watch anyway.

The space was clean, comfortable and homely. We appreciated that the kitchen included all we needed to cook.

Quiet , decent location in front of a park. A short 600 m walk to the Metro “peoples park”. Apt had a kitchenette, unfortunately no self in the hotel.

We booked the hotel for two people , but there was only one breakfast included!!I am travelling for 50+ years , but i never had to pay for the second person breakfast in a double room.The taxi driver could not find the location . Order the taxi in front of the Marriot Marquis Hotel across the street.

Highly recommend! Perfect location - hotel with an option to cook if needed. Well maintained although not new. Breakfast options are reasonable and good.

Long waiting times for breakfast if one arrives at peak time.

I liked everything. location, room, staff, breakfast, WIFI, it's my favorite hotel in Shanghai, I think I may cancel my trip if there are no available rooms in the hotel. I enjoyed everything: the location, the room, the staff, the breakfast, and the Wi-Fi. It’s my favorite hotel in Shanghai. I might cancel my trip if there isn’t a room available at this hotel.

It would be great if there is availability for airport transfer.

We like this hotel (we have stayed previously). It is close to many of the tourist sites, easy to get to with the metro, nice rooms, good breakfast and (what we like the most) very friendly and helpful staff! We will be coming back :)

The unit is clean and spacious. The breakfast is good too with quite a decent of variety.

Its just that the drop off point for taxi is not really accurate. They like to drop us at the other side of the entrance ( which currently close). Other than that we love the property.

Room was spacious and well appointed. The large bed was super comfortable. We were on the 15th floor and noise was minimal. The location was perfect. Breakfast choice was great.

The only detraction was the cooked food could have been kept hotter in the bain marie trays.

Very nice hotel style apartments, great kitchen and bathroom area, a good breakfast and the staff were very nice. Good location only a few blocks from the famous pedestrian walk that takes you straight down to the Bund, beautiful at night!!
