Room is exceptionally clean. The complimentary laundry and dryer service is a bonus. They also provide porridge supper on the house and a work station that comes with a printer if you need to print.

Breakfast spread is normal but for the amount we paid, it is acceptable.

The inside of property was clean and presentable. The room was beautiful and clean. The cleaning staff were pleasant. Breakfast was good with lots varieties.

The outside appearance was not pretty. You have to walk through a parking lot ally to get to the entrance of the hotel. Some of the front desk head staff is not very accommodating to foreigners.

Location is quite convenient to take taxi to the places we went.

Breakfast is average and free late night super is not tasty so we did not go back again after first night. Bathroom facilities is below average for the price paid.Staff attitude can be better.

The best breakfast we ever had in the China. Good quality and great taste. Wide Variety. Good location and there is a restaurant next to the hotel offers peking duck at affordable price. The hotel allows free laundry services which cleaner around to ensure the drying and washing activities were carried out per our request by filling up a note/form. Love it so much! Will definitely go back the same hotel next time.

Good location, nice rooms. Very convenient laundry service: staff assists you with laundry, so you do not face a situation with 6/6 drying machines being occupied. Late time wontons (21:30-23:00) were very nice.

Location, location , location.Walking distance to most shanghai attractions or a short didi ride away. Really good if you want to be close to Nanjing and the Bund.The self service laundry and breakfast.For any one planning an HK and Shanghai Disney trip , this hotel is perfect to have a mid trip break from Disney to get laundry done and take in some traditional touristy things.

The rooms were abit small but makes sense in hindsight given its a city location.

Dining snacks are scam, nothing for western to eat and especially Muslim nothing to eat only to make cappuccino, not worth it. Please add more dishes for western and Muslim

This hotel is very clean and closed to most of the attractions.They offer free laundry and also late night snack.The staff is young, friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and definitely stay here again when I come back to Shanghai.

Great breakfast spread, hotel lobby and room layout were great and clean. Amazing service especially for laundry (self service) and during breakfast. Very good location, only a short walk to east nanjing road and the bund.

Can be a little chaotic during breakfast as the space is a bit small when theres a lot of people.

the hotel is in great location, it's pretty new and has a free-of-charge laundry service.the shower was great.you get couple of drinks in the mini bar for free.

When we arrived the smell in the room was terrible and it took two days to improve it a bit. It felt like someone was smoking in there for years. It doesn't help that there's no external window (there's an interior one to another building that is 20cm away). No sunlight, no air and no way to refresh the room is needed.The lights in the room are very weak, so not only you don't have access to daylight, but also the artificial light was not good enough. The staff doesn't speak any English and it wasn't possible to change the room becuase of the smell.

The location is very convenient, near by so many attractions no need for a tax, nice area to walk, rooms are great for what you pay for it, nice terrace, clean rooms, and friendly staff

Mixed feelings. Location superb. But room was really lousy in terms of darkness. No windows outside, complete dark. Lights are weak too . First room was even worse because of mold smell. Stuff was really nice, breakfast is really cool. As I said mixed feelings.

Do not take king room beacuse there is no windows.
