clean, 2 say airport shuttle.

Distance much further than the advertised 2.6 km or so. Only chinese breakfast. Directions are wrong about how to meet up at the airport. Go to terminal one, lower level there are two Family Mart, need to go to seating area between them and wait.

Staff services were good. I was very pleased with the hotel staff at the airport that she was very helpful and pleasant. Driver was right on time and polite. The room was basic but very clean.

Very efficient checkin. Location close to airport and then to other transportation enabling you to get into central Shanghai. Airport shuttle arrived/left on time. Would definitely recommend Shanghai Joyful for short-term stay.

The address on Google maps is incorrect and I couldn't find it on A-map. If I had the booking.com website at the time it might have been easier to get here, but I struggled.

The staff was friendly and close to the airport. The lady who cleaned my room was lovely. The staff helped me order take away. So all in all very helpful.

You can hear everyone, and water running when people flush or shower. So when trying to sleep it can bug you.The breakfast does not cater much to European clients.

Good shuttle service, clean rooms, and well-equipped facilities.The absolute highlight: since we had to leave very early for our flight, the hotel prepared a food package for us — really thoughtful and appreciated!

I had to wait for 4 hours to check-in since the room was not ready Also the the A/c was very poor and the room was not clean and toilet was blocked etc., I request an early check-in and they confirm after I have upgraded my bed size The reciption ask to go for a single bed in order to check in earlier which they didnt and make me wait for 4 Hours.

We are very glad that we booked and stayed here. Shuttle run every hour 24 hours. We had yummy breakfast . Staff of the hotel is very polite and professional .Definitely will stay again

There is a light switch next to the bed that activate a bell outside the room It may be signalled as an alarm but if you don't read Chinese you will activate it involuntarily as I did during the night

We had to book two rooms, but the hotel was able to book the two rooms next to each other. Also, the breakfast was quite good compared to other girls we've stayed in.

Wish they had a few bigger rooms for bigger families. We are a family of 6 with two small children and we had to n book two rooms.

Nice and comfortable hotel, perfect for an overnight stay. Spacious room equipped with all the required, transfer from the airport and back is provided (around 20-min drive). Breakfasts are wonderful, served starting from 5.30 am. We enjoyed our overnight stay here during a long flight connection, thank you!

The staff were excellent in communicating instructions for the free shuttle bus. It was easy to navigate and the pick up time was 'spot on'. The hotel is close to the airport and a perfect location for those wishing to break journey on long flights or just an overnight stay. The hotel was comfortable clean and the late check out (2pm) was a bonus. The staff made every effort to help us in translating and although they couldn't speak English well, they were very helpful in giving us directions.

There is not a lot to do around the hotel. A short walk to the local restaurants/food shops and other local shops for those wanting to find eating places. This does not represent negativity, but a comment for those wanting to find eating places.

Friendly staff at check in. Room was spacious and clean. Water pressure in the shower was very good. Hotel was close to lots of eateries which was a big plus. Free airport shuttle every hour. Breakfast was good too.
