I like the hospitality of the staffs and the chef Mr. Jim Zhang is excellent at the sheraton club ❤️

Break fast can rotated If you are staying for more than 2 days then it is a boring option varieties are wide but repeated

Internet speed was terrible. No shuttle bus to SHANGHAI exhibition centre.

Location and rooms and facilities were good. Didn’t use most of the facilities as was in a work trip. But room was great!

Breakfast dishes were always dirty at the buffet.

Nothing special. Old hotel, not well maintained and very rude staff even on the reception. Dirty bathroom. Bad bathroom. Bedsheet and blanket with holes.

Worst staff I have ever seen in my life. Very rude, don’t know anything about hospitality, even when you want to speak to them calmly they’ll say they don’t care (in hospitality idc phrase does not exist). Dirty stains in bathroom, the bathroom was not nice, looked like 3 star hotel bathroom place. My bedsheets had random holes around it. I had no time to discuss this with their staff as I was on a business trip and nor did I expect anything from them if I discussed because upon my arrival itself they were very rude on the reception.

Huge property at a very accessible location and price. The staff were amazing.

The rooms were old and outdated. There is no proper air flow which made the dust and lint in the room to just stagnate. Allergies got worse.

The location of the hotel was very good and easily accessible to public transport and eateries nearby. Just want to compliment the Duty Manager ( I forgot to get his name) who assisted me promptly in activating the ambulance and led the paramedics to our room to rush my husband who was in high fever and shivering violently in the room to nearby hospital.

The heaters in our room suddenly didn't emit heat on 2 of the nights even though they were switched on and set to temperature 25 degrees. we ended up switching off.

Room and bathroom was very spacious. Good breakfast. Good facilities.

Language is a big challenge for foreigners. There should be at least one fully English speaking representative on site at all times.

Hardware is good.

The staff services are not up to the 5 stars standard. Got into breakfast restaurant, it’s buffet but there are no seats, unclear used cutleries on tables, food not top up, no clean cutleries to take food. Messy sight.

Restaurant evening meal and breakfast were good. Had 2 functional coffee machines at breakfast which produced drinkable coffee - rare in China. Breakfast assortment was very good - everyone was catered for.Our waiter at dinner was great and spoke excellent English. I had a vegetable curry which was excellent.

WiFi simply did not connect to internet in the room or the other areas, so totally useless.Room was clean but we noticed very dirty corners in the restaurant

Location is convenient. Subway just next to hotel.

Hotel internal looks aged. Breakfast variety very limited. Same everyday.

No number to call when I wanted to contact the hotel.No response to an email about lost belongings.Very expensive and no breakfast included.Poor signage and many locked doors to the public garden space.
