The hotel was excellent in every aspect. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is convenient and quiet, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is luxurious and relaxing. Most importantly, the staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help, making the stay very enjoyable.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in Shanghai, and everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel was perfect in every way. The view from our room was breathtaking — we could see the beautiful lake and the Shanghai skyline, including the highest tower in the city. It was truly unforgettable, especially at night.When we arrived from the airport, we had a problem paying the taxi. The hotel staff handled the situation with incredible kindness. A staff member named Ivey paid the taxi fare on our behalf, which immediately made us feel welcomed and taken care of after a long journey.The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of choices. Both British and Chinese breakfasts were available, and the quality of the food was outstanding.Room service was another highlight. The fridge was generously filled every day, with extra items provided, which showed great attention to guest comfort.I would especially like to mention Zed, who truly represents the highest level of hospitality. Whenever we needed anything, he was always ready to help with a friendly and professional attitude. His support made our stay even more enjoyable.The location of the hotel is also perfect. The metro station is right in front of the hotel, and several shops and fast-food restaurants such as McDonald’s and Subway are only a 3-minute walk away.Overall, this hotel was perfect in terms of service, comfort, view, and location. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shanghai and would happily stay here again.

my room was too warm and i had a hard time to adjust the temperature; however, the front desk was very open to let me change a room and send a staff member to help me moving.

It's very convenient the location of the hotel with a shopping mall across the street, with restaurants, shops and a super market on the basement. I received a great support from their concierge Blithe. He is super efficient and help me solve how to send a parcel to another city as well as solve to receive other parcels in the Hotel! Definitely it's a great place to stay. Also the service at the lobby bar from all the girls specially Julia is super attentive and friendly.

Great location to access the metro to get out to the F1 track and 1/2 hr into city center. Staff very helpful and up graded our room.

The hotel was very clean and had comfortable rooms.

You had to buy a swimming cap to use the pool, even as a resident. Some of the staff were a little rude, on arrival we were told that one restaurant was open until midnight. When we entered, the restaurant manager disappeared for 3 minutes leaving us stood on our own. Then came back and proceeded to have an attitude and make us feel unwelcome. However, there was a female server in the same restaurant that took over and made us feel at ease.Service was very slow in the bar each evening, as well as service in the fine dining restaurant.Overall, I would not stay here again

It was pleasant that our room was upgraded. The view of the lake and the far away Shanghai skyline was beautiful. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was also delicious and the staff were friendly. If we ever visit Shanghai again, we would definitely choose this hotel again. ❤️

The hotel is stylish and new, very friendly and fast response from the staff, and good location. The cleaning lady was very responsible, but make sure you leave enough time for them to clean up. It was interesting that they will call you to make sure an everyday-reorganization.

The only thing I noticed is that the breakfast room is not well ventilated, although the food was great with many choices, I had to finish my breakfast...

One of the best hotel experiences of my life.All the staff were super friendly (especial thanks to Della at the reception desk).The rooms are very clean and new and the design is quite nice.In fact the hotel was so comfortable that we decided to extend our stay in Shanghai.

Our three-day stay was nothing short of spectacular. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a stunning suite with breathtaking views of the Changfong Park. The room was beautifully designed, spacious, and had all the amenities we could ask for.The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, providing exceptional service throughout our stay. Each morning, we enjoyed a lavish breakfast at Level 1 restaurant, where the atmosphere was just as impressive as the food.

The air condition system in the room was a little hard to control, so the room temperature was always around 25 degree with default with heat mode.

Very friendly staff and clean rooms. They also have special stuff for children like slippers, toothbrush, etc.

Great choice of selection for the breakfast. Staff hospitality was amazing. Gave us a free upgrade for room and gave us free breakfast even though we didn't ask for it. Quite amazed at how friendly they are. Definitely one of the best experience I've ever felt at a hotel. Thumbs up to their staff!

Beautiful hotel with very comfortable, well-equipped rooms. Staff friendly and helpful in arranging taxis etc. Within in walking distance of metro, so great location for getting around the local area. Breakfast buffet was excellent with great Choi of foods. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel.
