Fairfield by Marriott Shanghai Hongqiao NECC

I liked the hotel had self service laundry. The manager was very attentive.

There were issues with the air conditioning.

The Best Accommodation. There are a several food for breakfast if compare with the others nearby.Cleanliness and comfortable hotel. The hotel reception speak a little bit English but they were trying for help. For sure, I will stay this hotel for my next trip.

Please prepare American breakfast for more choices.

Easy checkin, super comfortable, quite and seemed to be well located for where I needed to be. Ammenities were decent and cheap but worthy breakfast available

Nothing really stood out. Pity about the view but not much they can do about that (building construction across the road)

Very clean hotel and the staff very polite with customers

The location was great beacuse all our meeting where in this area

The food was outstanding

I wanted to check the bill for my room after I left for another city. I think it is more than 50% overcharged. But I am not getting any response from the hotel when I emailed them via Booking.Com.

Cleanliness and rooms.

It’s like some service apartment. Does not feel like an hotel. Located far from main areas.

I needed to find somewhere to stay for 2 nights. I booked Fairfield and it was so nice! The bed was so comfortable and the staff was so helpful, especially Joy! She helped me to book a taxi to the local mall where my daughter and I enjoyed a delicious dinner! #Awesome!

There must be a leak in the plumbing as the floor was wet neat the sink and shower area. The floor makes a squashy water sound when walking on that area.

Breakfast was good and had a good blend of East and West foodwise.Staff were friendly and helpful.

Confortable room and quiet

Location far from center

Very clean

Need food variety for foreigners
