Holiday Inn Shanghai Nanjing Road By IHG

Great service, especially Hotel employee at the front desk was very helpful.

Location is the king. In the middle of Nanjing Road, good for shopping or walking to the People's Square Park. Easy to call a cab.

The driveway is kind off narrow, plus it's shared with the hotel next door. And in the morning you have to wait for an elevators a bit.

We had a great stay at Holiday Inn. Ella at the front desk greeted us very warmly and made us feel welcome right away. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping centers, which made everything easy. Our room was clean, neat, and very comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here and would gladly return.

location wise very good. room also clean and wide. Receptinest are cordial and bell boys are supportive.

Resturant has not sufficent space, need more with more varaties in thier menu specally Asian foods. for Dinner there is only one Chinise resurtant there should be other asian food resturant for dinner.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city and very close to Nanjing Road. It made shopping, dining, and getting around Shanghai extremely convenient. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful.Special thanks to Ella at the reception for her kindness and excellent service.

Nothing significant. Overall, the stay was very pleasant.

Staff, housekeepers, location all were exceptional

Bed was too soft mattress

The hotel is wonderful, the location is excellent, I will choose it every time I visit Shanghai, the staff are very kind and extremely helpful, especially Miss Lucy, Miss Molly, and Mr. Samir, You made our stay perfect, Thanks a lot.

The location, service and breakfast options

It was a very comfortable stay! The beds were very comfortable as were the bathrooms, and the staff treated us great all week. Very enjoyable all around.

Lack of amenities - for instance, we used the gym a bit and would hv loved to see a little bit more equipment. Otherwise the stay was great!

they tried to help in every single way

the AC was not working properly.. the reception asked us to open the window

Nice room, great location and very helpful staffs especially Lucy.

Good location, good quality of room. Clean and comfort

Smell cigarette in my room even though it is a non smoking room

The location is amazing and the hotel is clean and new. There is a laundry room which is free to use and includes the detergent as well. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Unfortunately the rooms are not sound proof so it can get very noisy from the neighbouring rooms and although I was staying on 21 floor i could hear the car horn from the street. Also the rooms is too warm as in winter the central heating is on.

We enjoyed the bathroom, the water pressure was really good. After a long day we just couldn't stop taking a shower. hehe.

The room was a bit too warm for our preference. We couldn't figure out how to adjust the temp, but overlall we still enjoyed the stay.

The location is good in the center and it’s clean.

The air conditioning was not working properly for 2 nights and I was sleeping in hot room. Was not comfortable and the even didn’t change my room. The staff don’t talk English and for a 5 star rated hotel I don’t think this is something that they don’t focus on.

The staff and location are very good. I've stayed here for the third time for 4 nights. Next time I come to Shanghai, I will stay here again. The service car to The airport is very convenient.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It had a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was perfect—just a short walk to Nanjing Road, making it easy to explore nearby shops and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I’d be happy to stay here again.

The only minor issue was that the air-conditioning took a bit of time to cool down, but we were able to open the window for fresh air, which worked out fine. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I’d be happy to stay here again.
