Beautiful hotel, friendly staff and very tentative to our needs especially being foreigners in China. They made our experience great!

Air Condition was not working in my room, changed room but the same problem. poor house keeping

Near public transportation. I would have given a 10 on location if it was closer to people's square.

I like the cleanliness, the room decor, and the comfort.

The shower cubicle door cannot be closed tightly, resulting in some spilling of water.

The cleanliness, the location, the comfy. The cleanliness of the room is beyond my expectations. The hotel location is perfect for my schedule in Shanghai. The room is just comfortable.

The reading lamp position on the table should be put to the left side of the sitter.

Very nice, clean and convenient. The staff was helpful and polite.

I liked the location as it was next to the Subway station which made it easy to move around Shanghai. The breakfast was good. Staff was very co-operative.

There were cockroaches in the room. The air conditioning was not On as it was month of December, only the heater was working and outside temperature was high which created the room very hot and had difficulty in sleeping one night.

The breakfast buffet is good...

The water temperature of the shower is unstable, and the water power is too weak. Beds are a bit too small to compare with the same grade hotels in China.

Hotel is good, but needs to meet the 5 star hotels. The sales management is rude and refused to provide corporate discount and asked to email them 2 days before the check-in date !! Very weird

The breakfast is not up to international standard, they should keep in mind that tourists from all around the world need international breakfast where they can pay for a good food considered as breakfast, not to start with fried rice in the early morning !!

Rooms are very small. They told us we have upgraded but room was same or almost same. Air conditioner was not working properly. Room was always hot.

Located close to the city and a short walk from public transport. The room is quite small but has been well planned with a good flow of the bathroom layout.

Bed was quite hard and WiFi was super slow (can only access Chinese websites)

Arrived at Pullman Shanghai Jing’an after a long haul flight from London. I was given a home sweet home reception, as the hotel front desk supervisor, Eric provided me with a very warm welcome and with excellent introductions of the hotel facilities.The hotel room is spacious as comfortable with all the standard hotel necessities available.The breakfast was superb with great combination of Chinese and Continental choices.I was fully recharged in an instant and ready for my next leg on my journey.Pullman Shanghai Jing’an is located literally walking distance minutes away from a major transportation hub including the Shanghai Railway station which is perfect for someone who does not have much sense of direction. I highly recommend Pullman Shanghai Jing’an if you are considering visiting Shanghai.

The location is very good, can reach all areas of the city very easily.

The room smelled terribly (of old cigarette smoke) and the carpeting is pretty worn out. Room service is available only via WeChat pay or you have to go through an AI agent on the room phone which took a while and made quite a few mistakes in the order. Overall, the property is not in the best shape.

- Check-in staff was slow in check in and lack of staff. - The room facilities need maintenance, many of the lightings were not working.

High-end hotel, allocated room on executive level 26, extremely comfortable bed with good pillow options, quality towels and bathroom amenities. Close to exit 5 of the adjacent metro station; main hotel entrance is concealed down a lane way providing an exclusive feel; Extensive menu options at breakfast; reception team were wonderful, always very welcoming and courteous & offered late checkout which was gratefully appreciated (thank you!) Easy access to nearby Shanghai Railway Station if catching a long-distance train to/from Beijing or other cities.

Pool requires cap to be worn as per mandated rules in China - wasn't aware of this requirement.

The location is great as it is just a few steps of Shanghai main station as well as metro subway. Very convenient esp if taking regional trains or exploring the city. The breakfast has great selections as well.
