the room was grrrreat!

They demanded a deposit that wasn’t mentioned anywhere, about 500 RMB. I paid by card and asked at checkout when it would be refunded. They said it would take 2–3 days, but it still hasn’t been refunded even after a week. I’ve been repeatedly trying to add them on WeChat, but they haven’t accepted my request. I’m starting to worry that they might not refund it.

I'm very glad to stay at this hotel. I'm going to stay here again for the 3d time. Staff if very helpful, we communicate quickly and efficiently. The location if perfect, infrastructure is grate: close to metro station, showing mall is nearby, very easy to pack taxi fro pick up, restaurants, bank offices, mobile services, grocery store, etc. I have room with the yard view and it was calm and silence. So, my chose is Shanghai is clear.

It might be that a little noisy from the corridor when noisy people going to their rooms :) Nothing negative to add.

The hotel is suitable for business travelers like me. Very good location, comfortable bed, good internet connection, very close to shopping malls, restaurants, banks, China telecom, etc. 5 minutes to metro station by work. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I'm fully satisfied. I'll stay again.

Staff were great. Location is excellent.

It's at the older end of the spectrum but is very clean.

Perfect central location close to the metro line 2.

The facility is vintage. Most of kitchen area not in good condition. While the room size was great with lots of Windows it was also very loud from the street.

The Apartment is big enough, and has all the necessary appliances. It is clean and the bed is comfortable

Great location, very close to the center of Jin'an Temple.It's old apartment but the furniture and appliances are quite new.Bath tub.Nearby environment is quite.

5min walking distance to many restaurants, cafes and shopping malls. Walking distance to subway stations. The room is very clean and the staffs are all very friendly. 24-hour customer service available--a staff is at the building during daytime, and I can send my request by message at night and get response within 15min.

English speaking staff and a great location with tons of nearby non-Chinese food options and only minutes to JingAn Temple Metro with convenient connections to Hongqiao and South Shanghai train stations

the rooms facing the front street are quieter as there is construction out the back, about 20m away, that starts shortly after 6am

Request a room facing the front street, as rooms in back are disturbed at 7am by adjacent construction
