Pullman Shanghai Central - In XinTianDi & Yu Garden Area

VERY COURTEOUS PEOPLE WORKING THERE.

I traveled to Shanghai with my 7 year old daughter for business and leisure. It was our first time in China. Mike and Ben made our stay so comfortable. They made us feel safe and welcomed and made sure everything we needed to be comfortable as a mother with a minor was within reach. I cannot say how thankful I am of both of them. I'd always prefer to stay at Pullman whenever I'm in Shanghai ONLY because of those two. We stayed for 5 days, left for Harbin and came back to stay at Pullman for another 2 days. We were so well taken care off I recommend anyone going to Shanghai to stay at Pullman for ultimate comfort and satisfaction. Mike and Ben will make sure ALL your needs are taken care off so you can be as comfortable as you desire. Oh and the breakfast at the restaurant is very good too.

Nothing major. Language barrier I guess but that's not a problem as you can always use your translator. Mike and Ben will also sort you out so long as they're not on leave or break.

Everything… it’s just a little dated, and it could have been a little less pricy for what it is. But it’s a fun hotel with lots of character and great staff. I recommend it for the neighbourhood as well, which is so full of amazing yet inexpensive restaurants.

Just a bit old… the carpet in the room should be updated.

Location is great. Subway is in front of the hotel, big shopping mall in front of the hotel. Can waslk to taikang lu, xinttiandi, FFC, etc.Big room, comfortable bed

Twin beds were comfortable and the rooms were quite spacious.

Very strong cigarette smoke smell in the lobby when one of the event rooms was in use.

Specious Luxurious rooms .. Pullman Manager Mr. Danny Stam makes your stay so comfortable you feel like that you are in own home. Other Team members miss Anna , Murphy front office. Restaurant Ken and Jasmine were true hosts. Concierge Ben they have made our stay so smooth that we will visit the Pullman Shanghai again and again just amazing...

This has always been my preferred hotel of choice for my business trips to Shanghai. I've been staying here for many years and they have never failed in delivering beyond expectations. This summer work trip, the hotel came with complimentary high-tea, happy hour that includes buffet hotpot dinner! How marvelous! The breakfast spread are pretty similar each day but definitely more than enough variety for everyone.

This time round, the aircon in the room wasn't too good or maybe the weather outside is too hot. Just the aircon might need a bit of a servicing. Otherwise, all is great!

Location near subway shop mall near it 5 minutes traditional old village for shopping staff nice especially front disc Stella,Gary bell boy Charles,concierge Mike, big rooms

View not to much surrounding by building When I want to travel concierge I told him to order big car six seat six luggageI. Paid 450 yuan he brought me small car. which cost 260 yuan I had problem with luggage he should big van for price I paid

Concierge staff are so friendly and helpful

We had to change room twice because of sewerage smell in toilet, in breakfast no clearance is made while you on table only when you finish

The rooms is excellent the only thing which is not good is the shower Also at the thy don’t have sitting lobby

The staff did not display the level of friendliness and professionalism expected from a 5-star hotel. The drainage in the shower room was not functioning properly, resulting in water accumulation. Furthermore, although I had booked a room that included breakfast, I was informed upon arrival that breakfast was not included. This miscommunication caused me to miss the first day’s breakfast, which was both inconvenient and disappointing.

Ac was too hot for both three rooms that we booked. The room didnt feel fresh.

Great location and very convenient to public transport. Hotel staffs are very nice and very helpful. I book this hotel every time I come back to Shanghai. The room was quite big. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of food choices.

Very old welness - dirty sauna, dirty showers…Old room furniture - weared parts. Shower head also old and not working properly. Smoking was detected although nonsmoking room…

Super convenient location close to metro, TianZiFang and the French quarter. Very clean, fantastic staff very attentive. Breakfast was splendid with lots of choices - Western and Chinese dishes! We have enjoyed our 5 nights stay and high recommended this place to anyone
