Property is clean but it’s a little far from the downtown. There is no nearby ships and restaurants.

There is no shops and restaurants nearby. Also please add some continental breakfast instead of all Chinese cuisines

There was a great selection of Asian food and a suffice selection of Western food for breakfast. The staff were very courteous and professional.

On several evenings the selection listed on the menu was not available or sold out meaning we had to leave and go to other restaurants close by (ten minute walk).

Big unit and comfortable, walking distance to Branded Premium Outlet, like Gucci, Prada, Burberry, etc

Location is a bit far from the city centre; you need to travel with train and taxi, taxi fare is not cheap, train is about an hour to the city centre

Location and cleanliness

We were staying in studio room and the AC was not working, we daily complained but in vain. No one in the front desk understood english. We use to translate and tell in Chinese but still of no use. We spend 5 nights with that suffering. It was horrible. Never expected this from Hyatt.

We enjoyed the spacious rooms and the breakfast buffet with traditional food offerings. The proximity to the outlet stores was also nice.

I think the rooms need deep cleaning - our allergies were really bad during our stay there. The carpet and the curtains needs deep cleaning. Microwave oven in room 1812 was not working too.Also, the front desk girl was very unhelpful and was not a good listener to my questions/request. She was like a robot just answering the same thing over and over.Furthermore, you need to fix the communication between your property and booking.com. Their website said any date adjustments can be done through the property but the property threw it back to booking.com to adjust. This was not easy to do prior to our arrival since we were on a cruise and were at sea for 2 days prior with no internet access and couldn't call the property. After we checked in to the hotel, we called booking.com and was on hold for a long time. It took at least half an hour to complete the date adjustment - a simple thing like that. Next time, how do we trust what we read on your website then?

Rooms were good and clean.

Whole hotel did not turn ON in room air conditioning. Upon asking they simply said ‘weather is good so no need a/c in shanghai’ That’s most pathetic cost saving attitude. The same is not mentioned in booking confirmation. It is upto client to decide what they want . Upon request for air conditioning they said sorry they can’t help and you can open windows if you are hot.The nearest metro Zhaoxiang station is not operational and you have to go by taxi everywhere. The same is not updated in hotel details.

Rooms had all facilities , everything was clean. Staff was good

The location was not convenient if you didn't have your own car. Metro was 1.5km away.

Staff is friendly. Room is very spacious and clean. Bed is super comformtable, not the sofa bed though. Breakfast is excellent with abundant choices of chinese and international food.

Charge extra 175yuan per night for setting up the sofa bed for a family room that is expected to accomodate 2 adults and 2 children. Swimming pool is crowded for guests with some lesson going on.

The staff were helpful and brought towels, toiletries and water when asked. Room size was spacious with comfortable bed and excellent shower. The gym facilities and equipment were well-maintained with enough variety. Location near outlet mall and international schools in Qingpu.

The swimming pool was being used for lessons throughout the afternoon and evening. The pool attendant was giving lessons and hotel desk clerk did not know anything about the swim lesson schedule. At 8:30 pm on Saturday, lessons were still going on. Since it is a small pool, it was too crowded for hotel guests to enjoy due to the private lessons. Sunday's breakfast was overbooked and food and utensils were scarce. The lounge area with xbox was connected to a broken TV, so it could not be used at all.

Thế breakfast is great. The location is a bit not convenient because far from the city centre.
