The hotel is located 30 minutes from the center by metro. The breakfasts are monotonous - the choice is very poor. Lunch and dinner from the menu in the restaurant - the prices are outrageous. The cleaning of the rooms is a "4". The pool - they don't let you in without a swimming cap, they conduct private lessons with children and sometimes there is no room for vacationers.

The hotel staff barely speaks any English, which made communication difficult. Breakfast was just okay, nothing special. On the positive side, the room was quite spacious — larger than typical hotel rooms. However, the location is very remote and far from the nearest MTR station, which made getting around inconvenient. Wouldn’t recommend if you rely on public transport or need English-speaking assistance.

From the beginning, we felt like we were treated differently — I’m not sure if it was due to our nationality, skin color, or something else, but the attitude from the staff was noticeably cold. Despite booking months in advance and requesting adjacent rooms (as we were traveling with kids), the hotel never responded to our messages. At check-in, we were given poor rooms and told they couldn’t change them because they were “a bit full.” We tried to be understanding and waited patiently for things to improve. But on the fourth day, they suddenly canceled our breakfast without notice — that was the final straw, and we decided to check out. Starting the day with disappointment really ruins the whole experience. Room Airconditioning system was bad

The staff at the receptionist can't speak English, so I have to call my friends to help me to speak to them for my check in processIt's not easy to find the restaurants near the hotel

At dinner there is little is no system at on arrival time. Before have to inform them. And besides of this hotel there is no food market.

I liked the layout of the room and the swimming pool looked really good too.

The bellhop was very rude and did not attend to us at all when we arrived. When we arrived we were informed that there was no booking on the hotel's system even though we had a booking confirmation number. Then after we booked a room and paid for it we got settled in the receptionist Rico informed us that he under charged us and that we needed to pay more for our stay. When I went to the restaurant they were out of some of the items on the menu even though they werent that busy at all. When we phoned room service for some ice and cola's they brought up the ice but I am still waiting for the cola's and I am back home already. It was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. The wifi in the hotel was non-existent as well.

The breakfast is a combination of western & chinese food and we like it. The room is also big and very convenient for us. The staff is very accomodating even there is some conflict or our reservation dont reflect in their system, they accomodate us. They even provided an extra pillow free of charge.

We are not aware that we need to wear swimming cap or even in the booking.com it was not notified, so we need to buy a 30rmb each (total 90rmb) for the cap. Hope in future you have staffs that can understand or speak english as we are foreigners. Other than that, the staff are very accomodating even they got problem and cannot view immediately the booking.com reservation.

Smell smoke in elevator and hallways.

The room was excellent. It matched with the photos.

Receptionists were awesome and helpful. Hotel was clean.
