Breakfas was good! Stayed here for 5 nights and kind of the same every day. There heaps of variety though.

I wish the bar can be open a little bit late to serve some food.

Facilities, quiet location and service. 12 minutes Walk distance to Shanghai Station where you may take the high speed train to Beijing for 4.5 hours. 3 minutes walk to subway station. Many tasty restaurants around. All staff are very friendly.

First, they have the top receptionist (lady) with a unique charisma we have ever met.Second, everything is nearly suitable

There is no halal food in the hotel restaurant, and there is no halal food in the nearby restaurants. We met many people in the hotel and restaurant asking about Halal food.

Good breakfast, Clean rooms. Personnel was very supportive.

There were some minor defects in our room but nothing critical.!!! There's one problem: - at the check in I've been charged additional sum as a deposit (~500CNY). Receptionist has told me that it will be returned after the check out. When I was checking out I waws told that everything is ok. !!! And I still haven't received back my additional deposit. It's been a month already.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Courtyard. Location was great, with lots of coffee shops and restaurant around. The room was clean and neat. Staff was very kind and professional. Very good value for the price.

The swimming was really small, shallow and always crowded with kids and instructors.

I really liked the location in downtown Shanghai. It was very close to many of Shanghai's amazing attractions. The breakfast offered a wide variety of European and Asian dishes, which I really enjoyed. The metro station, Line 13: Hanzhong Rd, was very close. There was a Chinese steamed bun restaurant right next to the hotel.

I found it a bit unusual and uncomfortable that the bathroom in the hotel room had no door. There was no terrace or canopy outside the hotel to sit and relax.

The hotel was fine with easy access to restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores. Breakfast was ok.

Housekeeping didn't replace the cups I used.

The property is very clean and tidy, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was not included, but I wish I had been given information on how I could add it to my package, as it appeared there was a good breakfast option on the second floor.

The hotel was very comfortably and the staff professional, courteous and helpful. In addition most spoke competent English.The location was in a business district but most places of interest were short taxi rides away. The breakfast buffet was great with lots of Chinese and Western choices.

Clean and quiet area and with standard.Being close to metro station makes it super convinient to go to most of Shanghai. Supermarket, dining is all around and one station away from Shanghai train station and two stations away from People Square....

Kind staff, well located (close to the river and the subway, not far from the city centre) some rooms with a great view.

Breakfast on Sunday was super crowded, and quite stressful. But the breakfast buffet is very good.

Bed was comfy and room was really large.

Nobody wants to see the toilet from their bed. Luckily you could put a blind down but the bathroom had a glass panel looking directly at the bed from the toilet.Our only issue was staff were odd. The front desk are cold and rushed and weird, and when we ordered room service they didn’t bring us any plates to eat off. When I called room service they told me to pick them up myself from the second floor and then Hung up on me - they were so rude! What’s the point of room service if I’m picking up things myself? Customer service was definitely not at an international standard.

Good breakfast offering a variety of European and Asian options. Relatively close to the metro system. Well-equipped gym.

We paid extra for „city view” that turned out to be… view on the block of flats. We were expected to be on 18-23 floor, but instead we’ve been at 17. When we reported that to the front desk - they said „it’s a mistake on booking, not our issue”. The room smelled like someone just finished smoking in the room, although we’ve chosen non-smoking option.
