Courtyard by Marriott Shanghai Changfeng Park

It was a little bit away from the city center but both affordable and comfortable. Nice views of the classic style surrounds. Staff were friendly and helpful.Walking along the nearby rivers was quite pleasant

Big room, comfortable bed., spacious bathroom, very clean. Surprisingly we really enjoy the restaurant/ lounge. The food i(chinese food) is amazing.The only negative...it is quite far from city center.

Rooms and all facilities are very good. Location could be better as it is like 2.5kms from nearest Underground station called Weining road.

Breakfast has included only chinese breakfast. But We want to see cheese, butter, cream, turkish and european breakfast

Breakfast is great, good mix of Western and Asian food. Good location, with surounding parks (although outside from citycenter and far from malls/ restaurants). Metro station 3 blocks walking distance.

Rooms with carpet (bad for those who are allergic), AC at room too noisy. Bed could be more confortable. Hotel restaurante for dinner is quite expensive.

Breakfast:* No cheese :( I expect cheese at a 5* hotel breakfast. Not even cream cheese available. That's not 5*.* No water (regular, plain drinking water)* Only artificial, horrible "juice"* Some pastries were old, dry* Bad coffee (machine is horrible)4 breakfasts, every day exactly the same things

location ,lack of variety of food for vegetarians especially since it’s a little remote so when you arrive at odd hours say 10-11 pm you are stranded inspire of being at marriot no food options at all

C,mon guys…you have a lobby bar/ lounge that closes at 6pm!really ,in 2023. lift your game and serve the customers that are in your hotel. door staff that don’t speak English ? restaurant had butter in the breakfast time on first day of stay,then run out ( or that’s what we were told ) for next four days . checkin - confusing experience. we had two rooms booked , but despite us requesting rooms close together, my female co worker was allocated another in a separate tower .this was sorted , but then they wanted to charge us more than the booking agreement we had . sorting that out is not wanted after a long flight and day of travel.on the plus side - staff in the lobby bar were great ( when they were open ).and we were permitted to have access to one of our rooms for three hours past the checkout time ( so thanks for that ) .
