- My stay was poor due to a few things. First off, it was very difficult to find my room as the numbers on my key card are different than on the wall. Secondly, when I went to shower, the showerhead was very small for the size of shower. The holes in the shower were very small with high pressure so it hurt my skin when I put the water on, also the showerhead did not stay in place, it shot out completely straight. I had to hold the showerhead to shower. Third, at 1 AM in the morning, I got a phone call from the front desk saying they had not collected my payment to stay, so they insisted on coming to my room to collect payment in the middle of my sleep!! They should’ve been handled through booking.com or collected when I am not sleeping. My thermostat was not working at all so I was unable to put on the air conditioning and I was boiling hot in my room. Very unimpressed with that as payment should’ve been collected when I checked in or checked out. Breakfast was so far it’s nice to have it included in the pricing. It says that there is a shuttle to the Canton Fair. I asked the Front Desk lady where it was. She said it was off to the right outside. I waited 20 minutes for no bus to come. It turns out there isn’t a shuttle today.

Location for the Canton fair was good en the rooms comfy. The staff at the snack bar was very friendly and the breakfast was sufficient and good. The hotel offered a free shuttle service to the Canton Fair
The check in service was very bad and not client friendly at all. The staff was not well trained, quite rude and incompetent. The restaurant closes too early at 9pm and we missed a bar to drink something.
