Location and breakfast was good. Many options for breakfast.

Our room was not ready when we went to our room ( not what I expect from a Ritz hotel), we had to go back to the lobby and wait for them to prepare another room.

Close to everything

Parking lot does not reflect upstairs grandness. Many people wearing casually sandals walking in and out, probably in China’s culture.

The Opera view room. Clean. Location. Gym. Breakfast. Very helpful staff.

Loved the entire facility. Worked out in the gym and enjoyed the pool. Lovely marble throughout. A very stately hotel in a prime location. Will always return.

Of course the expectations are high for a 5* hotel, but this one is really worth every single one of them and even exceeds this. Very nice terrace pool and gym. Great location in the middle of the new town. I got a highly appreciated complimentary late-checkout. All-in-all phantastic stay!

Wow what a beautiful hotel. Stunning view from our large and comfortable room overlooking the Canton Tower. A short walk from the metro. Outstanding staff and a lovely breakfast. Highly recommend.

An absolutely impressive experience! The Ritz-Carlton in Guangzhou exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional, the design was luxurious, and the view of the city was breathtaking. Breakfast was amazing and full of options, Almost every region's food was available.

Facilities were on the expensive side comparatively

Easy trip to and from Canton Fair each day. Beds were very comfortable as well as the rooms being quiet. Great location for a working trip.

For a hotel of this level, dirt in the room is unacceptable, under the bed they haven't cleaned for a year. Smoking on the 3rd floor does not allow you to go into the restaurant, terrible smell in the bar

This Ritz Carlton is entirely perfect and gets 10 out of 10. We stayed in a Tower View room, which was very spacious and had amazing views of the TV tower. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is great. Staff is efficient and speaks good English. The hotel is right next to the main promenade in the centre of the city and the core business district.

The only minor issue to report was that the bathroom socket was fitted in an odd way, at an angle to the floor line. This is a minor maintenance point.

My stay was absolutely phenomenal, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I felt like a VIP. The reception team was so welcoming and warm, making the check-in process smooth and efficient. They were attentive to every little detail and made sure I had all the information I needed, plus they offered helpful local tips with a genuine smile.A special mention must go to the personal assistant, who made my stay truly unforgettable. She studied in Switzerland and went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I could possibly need, from personalized activity suggestions to making sure my room was always perfect. Every day, there was a delightful surprise waiting for me at the entrance — whether it was a unique local experience, a thoughtful gesture. It was such a lovely touch that really made me feel special.The room was nothing short of perfection — not only beautifully designed, but every little detail was meticulously thought out. It was clear that this hotel truly cares about its guests' comfort and happiness.This hotel is a true gem, and I honestly can't wait to return. The level of service, the attention to detail, and the warm hospitality made it a stay to remember. If you're looking for a place where you feel truly taken care of, This is the perfect choice. The experience is much better than I expected, guest relationship staff give us welcome email and also welcome fruit while we check in and we did check in bit early than we told them. Bed was comfortable and even there is some malfunction but the staff response so fast and they fix it right away. They offer me some night time snack and drinks we are very appreciated. They check the room very often and once towel was used they change before we back to the hotel. I think this hotel is the one has our high light during our stay in every section. Differently will stay next time.

Bathtub tile came off and the shower head for the tub is not working. It has some age showing that the hotel opened more than a decade.

Location and connection to Malls! Service from checking in/out! Very friendly stuffs! Unbelievable and delicious breakfast! Room was very comfortable and organized. Bed and pillows were very good! Furniture was reasonable standing!

TV was good , but couldn’t connect Netflix

They have to change the soap and the shampoo in the hotel have bad smell also to take care of for the toilet cleaning
