Paco Hotel Datang Metro Guangzhou

WAS OK THEY TRIED TO HAVE SOMETHING DIFFERENT EVERYDAY

room was too dark and no views

- There is not window that you can look outside. All windows are closed by walls. it is like prison window- rooms are not clean and smell bed

Good breakfast, polite employees, clean toons

Noting

It is a small but cozy hotel, all the staff are very friendly and they are always available. It has a 24-hour front desk and is very useful.

The spaces for smokers and non-smokers are separate but apparently the other guests are not interested in that. Maybe a little more control in theNon-smoking apartments.

Rooms were clean

The staff, especially Mr. Borris at the front office was extremely helpful.

Decent hotel with good breakfast and excellent staff always willing to help in spite of the language challenges, particular mention to Becky an intern who went out of her way to help me whenever I needed help and Yang Jinfu the cleaner on the 4th floor..Overall experience was okay

2 things that let this hotel down, it would be welcome if they can offer in hotel dining facilities for evening meals, secondly location the hotel is surrounded by cottage textile factories which can be heard throughout the night

Really goos value for money. The transport to and from canton fair was organized very well. Staff is friendly! Breakfast varied every day and there is a lot to choose from

Bathroom could use a little improvement.

Becky,ELowen and special thanks to the great girl Winnie who helped find our phone wich we lost in a taxi Amazing Amazing services

Everything jusf perfect, especially nice reception and restaurant staff. Amazing breakfast with variety of food, will come back again ??

Easy to get teksi

Dont have shuttle bus to canton fair even hotel promote kind of service

This was a great stay! The hotel environment is clean and tidy, the rooms are spacious and bright, the beds are comfortable, and you sleep well. Reception is warm and attentive, and check-in and check-out are quick. The location is also convenient, with many restaurants and attractions nearby. The hotel is currently upgraded some rooms, the room is much better than before the environment, the Canton Fair can choose here, very convenient, next time will choose here!

They offered me a free upgrade and it was great, the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and all the amenities were perfect, the breakfast was basic but with options, very good, the best thing was the coffee machine.

The hotel is in a textile industrial area, it is not the best neighborhood, it is a little noisy at night, if you are a light sleeper it is better to use earplugs.

The rooms are very neat and value for money, but the location is a very busy neighbourhood. So it depends on what one wants

Mosquitoes in the reception and the dinning area can be upgraded a bit. The breakfast is too monotonous and cold most times

Stuff was helpful.

First night when I arrived there my room was filthy dirty. Next day they gave me new room but unfortunately there is no fridge in the room. That Hotel was stinky all the time. Hotel need decent upgrades such as carpet is the first thing.

big room, nice breakfast

too far from Train station

Location is not bad as its in the city. There are bus stops just right outside the street. For metro, you need to walk a bit. Otherwise, taxi is convenient from you. If you like to walk and explore, you can walk to the Canton Tower. Breakfast is decent . Hotel rooms are really clean. The receptionist offers options of smoking room or non-smoking room.

Nothing to like.

Some staff were professional, some staff were dismissive. Hotel was full so we did not have a choice of rooms, they put my colleague who is asthmatic in a Smoking room. We had to put up with the smoky smell for a 4-6 nights.

It’s clean and comfortable staff very helpful, the shuttle Bus is very convenient during the Fair ,

For the price cant ask for better service, the should change the Breakfast menu a bit will help I think, but overall TUMBS UP ?

I was there for canton fair and the shuttle bus provision was very convenient.

There is an old and new wing. When you book on Booking.com they put you in the old wing and when you ask them you want new wing then ask you for a 40% increase in rate. But when booking its not shown in the booking.com site. This is not professional and bad for booking.com

The hotel was so dirty and totally different from the photos that were posted.

Around the hotel area was horrible and middle of the dirty street
