Liked everything one could like about a place to stay. Hospitality was fantastic, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, all 3 staff members I had encountered were great. Beautiful and clean rooms. Location doesn't get better, the 2 metro lines 1 and 2 connected to the mall. Delicious restaurants inside the mall and eateries within the surrounding area. Near to all the Guangzhou must-see visitor attractions. All in all 11/10. ♥️???

The location is near to the Beijing Road and malls. Many food options at nearby.

The service attitude of the front desk can be improved. Me and my family got bite scars on our bodies, suspected there are bed bugs, the hygiene level needs to be improved.

The apartment was big enough to fit 3 persons. I would say you still can fit 4 persons though. Very close to Beijing Road, might be the best value of money aparthotel that you can find in the area. Located above metro station too. The staff were very accommodating. Shout out to Jackie who helped alot.

Many staff were not able to speak Chinese. You need to ask for cutleries and cookware to be provided if you want to use the kitchen.

The room was spacious with a range of amenities like washing machine, detergent, toiletries, dish washer, etc. The location was spot on. Just a few minutes walk to the bustling Beijing road.

The lifts are very very slow. Room Lighting is not bright enough.

Hotel is in an excellent location. Just about 5 minutes to Beijing Road. Loads of restaurants nearby too.Check in is easy too. Receptionists are friendly. WiFi is abit cumbersome to login. Need reception to verify password before you can login. Luckily it is only for the 1st time.Place is a little run down. Housekeeping sometimes may miss cleaning the room too. Towels and linen are clean though.As it is located within a shopping mall and the rooms are shared with some commercial shops, lifts are usually packed with people.However, as the location is super and price is reasonable, it is considered value for money. It is a no frills accommodation.

Perfect location, near Beijing pesdestrian road and just above the metro station Gongyuanqian which has two lines: 1 and 2. You can easily access from the airport by taking line 3 then line 2. The room is spacious and comfortable. Staff is helpful.

The entrance is inside a building next to a mall which is not easy to find. Phonic insulation is not good so noises from other rooms or common spaces could heard from inside your room. Sometimes waiting for the lift could be long.

1) Bigger room may experience longer duration for air conditioner to make the whole unit turn cold2) Water heater takes certain duration to heat up for certain usage duration. But still acceptable because normally we take long time to shower

Staff were extremely helpful and did their very best to assist.

A bit hard to find from the metro as instructions were lacking a bit of info, but we only speak English so that was our problem.

It is located a great spot! It's right on top of the GongYuanQian metro (lines 1 and 3). You can get to the hotel from exits E or F.Lots of shops and places to eat are right below the hotel. One can walk to Beijing Lu shopping street in 10 minutes. It's a fun place to shop.  It's also easy to get to other tourist places from the hotel.The staff at the front desk are nice and helpful. Though they use WeChat  as communication their responses are prompt.

I recently stayed in this apartment, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The room was incredibly spacious, much bigger than I had anticipated, which made my stay even more comfortable.One of the highlights was the wide range of facilities available. The apartment was fully equipped with a cooking stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and washing machine, making it feel just like home. Whether it was preparing meals, doing laundry, or storing groceries, everything was conveniently available, adding to the ease of my stay.The location was perfect as well. There is a metro station right under the building, making it extremely easy to travel around the city. The famous Beijing Pedestrian Street is just a short walk away, offering plenty of shopping and dining options. Additionally, Starbucks and McDonald's are right across the road, which was super convenient for grabbing a quick coffee or meal.The overall ambiance was pleasant, and the space was clean and well-maintained. If you're looking for a place that offers comfort, convenience, and plenty of space, this apartment is definitely a great choice. I would highly recommend it to anyone!

The price was a little high compared to similar accommodations, which might not be ideal for budget travelers. Additionally, the apartment itself felt a bit old, and some areas could use a little renovation or modern updates.

The property is very well located, just a short walk from Beijing Road shopping street. The metro station is conveniently located right below the building, making it easy to get around the city. There are also plenty of eateries nearby, offering a wide variety of dining options. The property itself was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The only downside was the neighbors smoking at midnight, which was unpleasant and disrupted the otherwise comfortable stay. Additionally, having a dryer available would have made the experience even better.

staff very helpful and prompt in replying me via whatsapp on how and where to park our BIG BUS so that we can unload everyone's luggages. He stepped out and waited for our bus when i texted him we are reaching.

Location is great. Metro is underground of the building. Lots of places to eat, shopping street is just around.

Comfortable apartment in excellent location near Metro station.

Situated on 31st floor - lift dependent - a few minutes wait at times. We had problems with Wi-Fi. Not easy to find due to confusing instructions. The instructions need to advise to walk through A-Mall to hotel lobby at rear.

The hotel is near the Beijing Road shopping district. It’s not the modern type of shopping center, but more like a traditional kind of shopping area. It’s right above Guangzhou Metro line 1, so getting around town is very convenient. I got a room on the 31st floor, so the view was not bad.Regarding the amenities, it’s relatively new and comfortable. There’s room service every day to make your bed, change towels, and clean bathrooms.

1. Not specific to the hotel, but a general issue for many places in China - indoor smoking. Even though there are No-Smoking signs everywhere, the cigarette odor is bad in many places in the hotel. There was someone even smoking in the corridor one night, and it definitely makes the situation worse.2. The elevator is kind of slow, and it could get very crowded in the afternoon during check-in time.

Liked the location as it was right above the metro, and nearby the Beijing pedestrian area with lots of food and shopping

Staff were a little lacklustre in customer service and helpfulness, so there's definitely room for improvement

It’s near Beijing road and other attractions so it’s very convenient, with a lot of dining options. The property is a good size too with a living area and partition to the bed. Love the city view too

Small problem which is that if you’re on the higher floors waiting for the lifts can be quite long. The room has small cockroaches but we observed that it crawled in from outside (perhaps next door neighbors aren’t the cleanest)

Good place , and good area But , There is another hotel with the same name (NOMO apartment the legend) in HuanShi East Road,Guangzhou .. it’s Very bad, no heating, very very dirty, and the staff is uncooperative. I do not advise anyone to live in it.
