Clean and comfortable

The reception is horrible their . I come in and I told him I have 3 reservation total 7 rooms , he start to shout on me who am I to tell him . Never see like this in my life . If the owner and the management will not react fast , they will not get return customer .

Location and amenities

Although they they room is non-smoking. It was difficult to breeze there. Since it was heavily smoked before.We complained, but hotel could not remove it nor change our room

One of the best places I have stayed at. Breakfast buffet was amazing over 3 different buffet stands. Facilities were on point and amazing. Sky Bar & Allegria Restaurant are definitely worth visiting!

Excellent location if you want to shop for furniture. The rooms are large and well appointed. The service is quick and efficient. The breakfast spread is huge with some awesome options for all tastes.

There was always a wait of minimum 15 minutes to enter the breakfast room. In such a large hotel I'm sure they could find additional sitting space to accomodate all guests

Reception very un professional, expensive,charged to much for deposit and the food was horrible.

The entrance, the building itself, comfortable bed, proper and a great room, the food and everything else.

It is not cheap, bookings.com hold your money and you pay when you arrive. Wish there can be one place where you pay.

Reception staff un welcoming compare to other hotels. Not easy to communicate. For two days they didn’t refill the coffee packet’s in room and only place single pack which leaves one of us not having coffee.

The Breakfast was good & so was the size of the room.

The lighting control is not userfriendly & the aircon sometimes doesn't work.

Service was pretty good. Room was nicely decorated and the hotel was located near the places we wanted to visit

Property is located in a convenient location attached to the Mall that sells all kind of furnitures

No much option for Indian food. The served Indian food in buffet was bad.

Beautiful and chic hotel.Very big room with excellent taste and decorationComfortable bed and huge bathroom. Nice breakfast

Pillows were not comfortable and some parts of the room were worn down (chair was stained)

The hotel is in a nice area, neat and clean and the staff are helpful.The breakfast was good too.

Charges.The advertised amount was lower than what I was charged. No explanation given!!!Always find out why.

Very polite staff and helpful , location , starburst around you and other fast food such as Mac and KFC so you won’t be struggling about food ? one of the best part is , im here for work , however the hotel ambience gives me honeymoon vibes ?. The breakfast restaurant,s view is unique.

Only two receiptionists at the busiest hotel can expand upto 4 that would make lot of difference.
