Park Hyatt Guangzhou

Spectacular views from rooms and all common areas, including rooftop bar. Great location in tourist area near opera house. Excellent and vast breakfast for about $34.00 USD. Very attentive staff, wonderful interior decoration with sculptures, great swimming pool for laps, excellent gym, large rooms with excellent lighting and bathrooms, and luxurious toilets. Lives up to 5 star standard, but the daily room rate really reasonable

Concierge services quite limited. For example, Concierge does not arrange tours or book tickets. The breakfast, while good, is expensive.

hotel ambiance

other rooms noisy can hear , i cant sleep

The gym, location and staff were outstanding

The A/C was uncomfortable during the stay (was a bit warm in the lobby, rooms and corridors)

Excellent location. Very good facilities and comfortable room. Quiet and private.

Staff could use more training on policies and speak better english.

Great staff

Very dirty lobby floors ; carpets were stained all over. Nasty for a 5 star property

WOW! One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Park Hyatt Guangzhou is pure elegance in the sky — stunning views, flawless service, and unforgettable comfort. Special thanks to Mr. Watson for his outstanding hospitality and professionalism. You made our stay truly exceptional.

Everything

Rooms are lush ,perfect views, breakfast options so good. Entry concierge quite helpful especially when you need to order DIDI. Frontdesk staff- May , Evan, Jennie,Carey,Watson . Luo& Bella in breakfast room, Tina is my masseuse- so good to name a few left a lasting impression. This is my new home in Guangzhou

The location is exceptional, the hotel decor is modern and with good views of the whole city.

We drove to the hotel and the only thing that we picked at was the changing of lifts. We needed to take the lift from the car park to the reception and then take another lift to the level that we stayed. A bit troublesome to some extend

Good location, a large comfortable room

I was given a smoking room, they didn’t ask my preference on check-in so I could feel the smell. The carpet in the corridor was stained dirty, needs deep cleaning. The breakfast was only partially buffet and the buffet part was not varied enough to my taste.

The reception staff are well trained and always offer warm welcome to guests. Thank you Zone Li for taking care of us again. And a thoughtful personal greeting card from the Jakob, thanks. Will be back again soon.

Excellent Hotel to stay in quanzhou. Everything you expect from a 5 star hotel and more. The location is great for the subway, just downstairs, which the subway line connects to a lot of places. Shopping mall across the road for restaurants grocerie, etc.I will definitely be staying there again on my next trip to guangzhou. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The pillows was the only thing that wasn't comfortable.

The hotel is exceptional in every thing from the profesional al treatment of the staff and the location close to the upscale neighborhoods as well as in terms of cleanliness and food.

Thank you everyone it really added a touch of splendor to my visit with the family

One of the best hotels we stayed so far. Perfect location, view is amazing, best comfort, pool and spa are great. Thank you :)
