The Staff you can you 200% rating they are very patient when you have any questions about your traveling even if you want to communicate in any world language. Vey calm place in bussiest city.

Very good place and value for money. Please do consider when you are travelling near Guangzhou area in china. They are giving Amazing Friendly service.

Location was excellent with a couple of minutes walk to the metro and main road. Excellent food choices around the hotel Buffet breakfast was good

One of our rooms (inner room with no windows) was mouldy with obvious black mould on the walls and ceiling and a strong damp, musty smell

What I liked most was the attitude of the staff in all places, the breakfast valets and the courteous reception staff. And I liked most of all the special attitude of Sigi at the reception for her tolerance and the attitude of taking care of you for a taxi and asking if I needed anything else, which is very caring.

The internet was very weak and I could hardly use it.

I stayed at this hotel for five nights and had a very comfortable and pleasant experience. The hotel is very clean and has an excellent location. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. Special thanks to ZiZi for her kindness and support, especially for helping with the luggage and escorting me to the taxi. Her assistance and positive attitude made a great impression.I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Breakfast could be improved by offering more halal options suitable for Muslim guests and a wider variety that caters to different cultures.

very clean, excellent breakfast, garden room was quiet with the windows closed. Windows that open gives the room fresh air. All around wonderful and very very good price. We plan to come back when we return to GZ.

Staff and cleanliness. Location is great, but still need less table in the room

Hotel very near to malls and metro, can walk around easily

Room bit too cold for me

The hotel is near to metro and major mallsThe neighborhood shops are interesting

The door do not have the door drop sill so any noise in the corridor can be heard.

Best value and love the location. Staff(Zizi) is very nice.

Very good location. Clean, modern, not loud. Very close to the main streets with shops and restaurants.

Bed is very comfortable. Pillows great! Towels luxurious. Breakfast has a good spread with good fruits and fresh tomatoes. The MTR is within walking distance and has both the Line 1 & Line 3 - goes to many places of interest.

Some parts of the bathroom could be cleaner. Use a brush to remove the 'mold'?

Good location and service beyond our expectation! Staff are friendly especially 小庄.

Check-in & Check-Out is smooth, room was clean, and the staff are really welcoming. Woo at the reception is very helpful.

The welcome brunch after the canton fair

The internet was horrible, and no help from staff to fix the internet problem , no good varieties in the breakfast mostly Asian food, and very noisy neighborhood

Location. Bus to the Canton Fair.breakfast

Staff don t speak EnglishNo real lobby

Great staff, very attentive and kind; clean all the way, comfortable bed; great value for money.Extra services during Canton Fair (shuttle, snacks, welcoming), a very nice bonus.

The single aspect that needs to be mentioned is the water pressure, at least in my room it was quite low.

Absolutely nothing.

We have booked the hotel based on the booking ranking, which is amazingly 8.9%. It is by far the worst hotel we have ever booked. Dirty, and smells of moisture to the point where it is impossible to stay in the rooms. We received a room in which the walls were completely wet, including the mattresses of the bads. In addition, the rooms did not have a window... We immediately asked to change the room and have been rebooked to a just a bit less smelly room...Upon spending one night in the hotel, we were forced to change the hotel, and the hotel management was not willing to make a money refund for the renaming three nights we paid for upfront.

Great value for money for the location. Its a sweet spot. Close to all the glams of the city but with humble price per night.

Wish they had a fridge in the room to store some fruits or water

I really liked the hotel the rooms were clean, comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
