It's very close to airport

The room sound isolation is very bad we can hear the sound of the adjusting room

no dedicated luggage storage for the shuttle bus. Have to bring all luggage onto the mini-bus, which is impossible if the bus is full.

The Hotel is good for business travelers. Shuttle was efficient. Needed to go to the airport for train into city

The transportation was good, Airport to Hotel and Hotel to Canton Fair. All other things are good except Breakfast

Breakfast this time not perfect. Same menu every day. And they mix the non-veg in all foods. Before Noodles and fried rice we got with egg and veg only. Not feel better this time

Wonderful, helpful staff. Very close to the airport. The bed was very comfortable.

The hotel rooms were very spacious but need a bit of refurbishment. Especially the bathroom and toilet. But I did enjoy my brief stay.

No breakfast provide

The airport bus was terrible, no organized at all , no room to put the luggage, too full and I lost one carry on shopping bag inside the bus , very unhappy

Wonderful having the free airport shuttle.Room was quiet and very comfortable with an exceptional breakfast included. Easy check-in. Simple Gym available.

People kept opening emergency exit at end of hall and smoking out there which then blew into our room all night. We had to stuff towels under the door.

Breakfast was good. Location was not good but they have a shuttle service from the airport T1 & T2 which was good.

So comfortable, great value for money, clean, perfect for a flight layover. Good choice of food for breakfast. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

I really enjoyed my stay at Ausotel hotel was in transit and I managed to get some rest without any disturbances, the food was amazing and staff very friendly. Free shuttle to and from the airport,very affordable clean and comfortable. If I visit Guangzhou again will definitely stay at Ausotel hotel

Spacious room, clean and with full amenities for an overnight stay.

Airport shuttle service was an epic fail. The instruction was to call the hotel upon arrival or ask assistance at the airport counter. There was no assistance counter at the airport. Shuttle came more than 1 hour later. Reception spoke very little English and almost blamed me for not sending a pic of myself at the airport (where I had no access to instant messaging or email). Traveling alone and relying on hotel’s hospitality to make my stopover worry-free, it was a very scary situation and 2 hours of my overnight rest wasted.

Their customer service was top notch and I had the most amazing stay. Their front desk staff were extremely helpful and made my stay seamless especially Liu Ying. She was exceptionally helpful and I almost didn’t notice the language barrier as she was quick to translate any conversation. One of the receptionists even offered me her lunch when I had to wait long for a takeout delivery they helped me order online. I’ll definitely stay here again once I’m in China. The facilities were excellent and the room was large. It was really helpful to also have a restaurant right in the hotel where you can grab lunch and dinner with free room service. They had 24 hours free shuttle bus to and fro the airport and breakfast was lovely. Bus to Canton fair was free as well. I definitely recommend this hotel to any visitor to China. Absolutely amazing!

No spa. I desperately needed a spa after the long walks from Canton fair. I wish the management would consider including a spa to the hotel

Very far from Canton fair and South station. You will get train from T2 station everywhere. Hotel have bus to canton fair and buses available every hour to airport shuttle service. Good

The price is very good. We had a longer layover and just enjoyed 7 hours at the Hotel. They offer you all you need for a confortable stay. Free shuttle from the airport and back ro the airport.

Late nihht check in, not food outlet nearby except for hotel pre-prepared supper for guests.

I found everything good: the employees very motivated and committed. Cleaning was very good. Good wifi. Bedroom very nice. The location is very quiet.

Not applicable.I like everything as I mentioned above. I would like to practice sport, you have good gym, but I lacked time.

Friendly staff who treated for free late dinner. The room was clean, there were all the necessary things inside for a comfortable stay.
