Yueda Financial City International Hotel

The hotel was very well constructed and nice looking overall.

Staff was horrible, with the exception of the little older cleaning lady who cleaned our room daily. She was the only staff member who greeted you with a smile, was kind, and always said "HI." The rest of the entire staff are completely mute unless you ask them a question of which they would never have an answer. No one helps you with luggage or any real needs unless you beg. I wouldn't stay here again even if it was free. I've stayed at many hotels around the world, and this one by far was the worst customer service. Don't let the nice facility fool you.

Okey not bad , not good

THEY DON’T SPEAK ENGLISH , breakfast okey I guess but I didn’t like it , mainly they need more English speakers

Breakfast was acceptable and the location was good for what we needed.Able to get to and from Trade fair in excellent time.

I was upgraded to a suite . I was very pleased . Bed is very comfortable . Room is clean . I did not eat in the hotel and I could easily find food places by walking 20 minutes away from the hotel. At the reception, hot drinks , sweets and biscuits are available free flow .

There is a certain smell along the corridor leading to the lifts. It smelt maybe incense or herbal or medicinal. I can't pinpoint it. Something I don't like . But I think it may not bother other guests .

Good location for intended business. Breakfast variety to anyome's choice. Close to metro which makes hetting around easy.

Staff at Front desk Miss Lam was very nice and helpful. Overall, most staff was very helpful.

Elevator was a bit slow to wait.

A beautiful hotel near Canton fair with helpful staff, great breakfast, nice and clean room. We really appreciated the free transfer to Canton fair and the welcome food and drinks after the fair for our convenience.

Good a VERY Chinese hotel....

But be aware. most of staff cannot speak English. AMEX is not accepted!The Breakfast is Chinese, not European. There is no option for Italian Coffees, like Cappuccino or Latter.

Me and my colleagues attended Canton fair - this hotel is very close to the venue. Staff was very helpful and nice.

There was limited amount of shuttle buses to the fair comparing to what we are used to. Internet was not working which was really annoying as we were on a business trip.

Perfect place for Canton fair, there is free shuttle bus, but it's very easy to go by taxi.- staff are very helpful - Room is great, large, comfy bed, good shower, there is space for a few large luggages.- a few minutes by taxi to Canton fair- there is food street behind the hotel where you can taste local food day and night- 24 hours reception- offer room cleaning everyday

The laundry by the hotel is way too expensive, and there is no self-service laundry around the area by walk.

Everything is great, good location, 5 stars breakfast, comfortable, clean room, very helpfull staff.

Great hotel with excellent breakfast selection. Staff allways willing to assist.
