Staff was friendly

Staff was friendly and that was the only positive part. Everything else was disappointing. The rooms are old, the wall paint is damaged from moisture, and there is a construction site working 24/7. They use perforators, so you can imagine how loud it gets. It was a disaster. But again, the staff was good.

I had an amazing experience during my stay at this hotel in China. From the moment I arrived, the customer service stood out—every staff member was friendly, attentive, and willing to help with anything I needed. They were quick to assist with directions, transportation, and even local recommendations, which made my trip so much easier.The breakfast was another highlight. There was a wide variety of options, from traditional Chinese dishes to Western choices, all fresh and delicious. I really appreciated how clean and organized the dining area was, and the staff constantly made sure everything was stocked and guests were taken care of.The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt welcoming and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling in the area.

The staff and the cleaning

There’s a construction site in front of the hotel, and they’re working almost the entire night until 4 am! They claimed it’s a government project, so no one can complain. It was like a joke to me at first. But after spending 7 nights there, I can understand why!

Clean hotel,nice stuff....everytime when we come in Guangzhou we come in this hotel.

The furniture old . Toilet door not working.elevator only one. Breakfast very poor and no available tables . Construction all around

The hotel is conveniently located between two metro lines. They say Taojin to the north, but I found myself always walking to Martyr's Park to the south for better connections and attractions like Beijing Pedestrian Street. The breakfast had a number of chinese and western options.

The noise ... from the fridge that didn't really keep anything cold and the ceiling air conditioning that was pointed at your head when you're trying to get to sleep. For a business hotel, the desk had the strangest (and largest) chair imaginable that prevented anyone from getting out of bed on that side.

Staff doesn't know English, how long can they mock foreign guests? Also u have to tag your hotel in Chinese online maps. Hard to find u in didi taxi

Everything is excellent and Especially the express service and the staff, especially the breakfast, and it happened during my stay in Guangzhou, a strong hurricane, and they extended my stay in the room until the arrival time to the airport. Thank you

The rooms were very nice with satisfactory facilities. Many shops and restaurants around the facility. Not so far from the popular shopping areas.

On breakfast, hot tea and coffee should be quickly available

There was construction Outside of my hotel room, which can cause noise problem. Even for a light sleeper like me, however, I found the noise not impacting my sleep that much.

I would highly recommend this hotel. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel room that I booked was upgraded for free, and the room was cleaned by the staff every day. Wi-Fi speed was great (this was very important for me), and I also use the laundry room, which is free for hotel guests. One of the most Impressive features about this hotel was that it provided free breakfast for hotel guests. The breakfast was a Buffet style with many Asian and western food choices. The hotel location also is in the heart of the city. The hotel provided free shuttle bus to and from Canton fair. Great hotel!

The hotel price was increased tremendously during the Canton fair. Otherwise, the hotel has very good value.

Two employees on the reception were good specifically the young girl there.. the location is not as described that good its medium and there is a construction work all around.. the price is reasonable.. and they provide shuttle to the fairs..

The staff of the reception except two of them.. specially the night shift guy.. not helpful at all.. the cleaning crew are bad.. the old lady open the door on me sleeping and left it open as a punishment i guess for not waking up.. although i put do not disturb on the door.. will never get back there again.. the total hospitality i gave 2/10 ..

Nice and friendly staff.

Location was awful, dirty area full of traffic. Room was tight and cleanness was not good. It was construction building front of our face and noisy. And compare with facility so expensive. I never recommend this hotel to other customers.
