Facing some food problems in their breakfast as a Muslim, They should keep something’s for Muslims or they should clearly mention what is Halal and what is not

The staff is very very nice. Great value that the hotel has shuttle service to take you to Canton Fair. When we came back from the fair, they prepared free snacks. Also, they allowed us to use the restaurant tables for meetings even though the restaurant was not opened.

The coffee was not good.

No one speaks any foreign language. Also the translation app they use isn't accurate

Room was clean and most things work. Commendation for the free use of washing machine and dryer - an unexpected bonus for our stay here! The staff is friendly, helpful and patient at all times, so making it a very comfortable time for us. Special thanks to the hotel entrance guards who helped us with our luggage so graciously!

Breakfast could do with more variety but it is tasty and well-cooked though. Was expecting a fabulous breakfast as stated on the Booking.com website. But it should be termed as 'very good' at most.

Very nice hotel and really worth its price. Nice neighborhood with restaurants and convenience stores. Not the best english speaking staff, but there was one younger man and one younger woman that was very service minded and help out with everything we asked for. They also have a nice restaurant on 2nd floor.

Have nothing special to complain about. Maybe the overall english skills, but it worked out fine.

Clean and practical. Self-service laundry was an added value. Breakfast is basic. Price is good. Nearby convenience store. Generous with water bottles.

A bit far off from center. The street was less than clean, and you har to walk around 20 minutes for the nearest metro station.

It was my first time in China for a business visit. The breakfast was for me the best where i could eat what i see often. The place was clean and the staff was very helpful. Assisted in getting a sim card and getting a taxi. The hotel is also close to shops where one can easily buy things.

Apart from the fact that is was far from my meeting destination, it was all good. The language was a difficult one to communicate. I had to used translator.

The staff are courteous and friendly. The rooms are very clean. The breakfast selection is also a good one.

Great location, near the fair with a free shuttle bus.The breakfast buffet is good and the hotel staff is exceptional. If you are staying for a longer period, the hotel has laundry facilities.
