Rosedale Hotel & Suites Guangzhou

Overall it was a quiet pleasant stay at this hotel, great location literally 3 mins walk from the nearest station!!! The room is clean but a bit old.

near the metro,

no there are no seats in the hall or meeting room, and this is very tiring.

It's my favorite Hotel whenever I visit GZ. Centrally located above an MTR station.Convenience stores eateries and shops around the Hotel. Rooms on the CLUB NON SMOKING floor were excellent.Breakfast spread was good ?

About the room, it was very good,The location is perfect for meThe breakfast was not so good because you didn't offer a bottle of water when needed. They just told me we don't have Also, the food is mostly the same, and not enough of the other food.I suggest displaying more collections from other international foods.

Bad

The staff locked out room card three times every time we had to come down the counter and wait for 10 min to get it sorted The cards were locked for breakfast rooms poor service I will never book this hotel again Also the rooms were smelly

1 stay at rosedale hotel many times before ,level was much better staff was better, breakfast was better , on arrival staff gave me room of deluxe rate and no breakfast , after claim upgraded .

only location next to metro , and shuttle bus was accurate on time

Location

Room Dirty & Old Housekeeping very bad.

Location Changgang is intersection brethren line 2&8Airport train station and pazhou complex

The rooms are old specialy bathrooms

The room is suitable size, good service and convenient location.

Spacious room, comfortable bed. Excellent location (next to an underground station). Friendly and helpful staff.Good facilities for an executive room, even provided with cotton wool pads and cotton buds.

Hotel room a bit dated. They need a good refurbishment, especially for the bathroom and the ceiling.

Surrounding

There is bed bug in the room i stayed and got beaten more than 20 place on both leg on the last night

Good location with Metro station just next to the hotel

The hotel room is Already very old. I think it's about time for refurbishment.

Location is great

My room was in desperate need of maintenance. The walls looked terrible.

The hotel looks good but!!

The only hotel i ever seen to cancel the lobby guests sitting area !!The only hotel i ever seen to cancel the lobby toilets and sending the their guests to an external public toilet!!

Location

The Staff are rude, very unprofessional, the rooms are dirty and tired, the breakfast was sub-standard and the hotel requires a full renovation.

Only close to metro but definitely can find better hotels with easy access to metro as well. So, just don't go to Rosedale because its rooms are old, dirty and smelly!

Very Old and VERY DIRTY!! Just simply don't go there!! Better they close down the hotel if they are not going to invest money in renovation

Decent breakfast. Close to metro system

Everything is so dated that there is mould in the room wall paper is pealing off the wall..... in fact everthing is so old

location was nice but room have lot of smell and not clear property very old carpet

i already explain my previous comments

Location

Breakfast all day same menu

The food was cold

The hotel needs an upgrade. The hotel foyer is old and dirty. The artificial flower bouquet, in the foyer, have been there for years.
