The staff were really friendly especially april , in room dining was very good and delicious .

Every thing was perfect from the staff to the service and the location and the food.

The view & the breakfast is very good. But Booking did not include any breakfast, and we had to add it separately.

The hotel was AMAZING! Room was beautiful, extremely comfortable. Everything worked perfectly. Buffet was also very good.

Location and breakfast was outstanding. Staff were friendly and always want to help.

The mattress was very soft and not suitable for people with back pain. Although our room was described as panoramic, a massive pillar in the center blocked the view. We suffered for three days, asking them to adjust the air conditioning because it was very hot and humid. What I didn’t like was that the manager insisted the entire hotel was set to 22°C and that they couldn’t lower it, which didn’t make any sense. Finally, they acknowledged their technical error.

It’s a luxury hotel. The room are big. The restaurants are good.

Lobby is so crowded. You have to take elevator to go to the lobby and then another elevator to go to your room.

Every thing was amazing from the hotel it self staff location and the room view was relaxing and i would to thank April from the reception for helping me finding my missing wallet. She contacted the train station for me and helped me alot. Thank you

Everything. The room , materials, comfort , beds , the toilet, the view. An experience. Bar on the 99th is stunning. Concierge helped with our luggage,sent it to the airport. Everything is just AMAZING

Great for canton tower viewing and for visiting the library and canton museum, spa is nice if they can limit family w kids usage to certain hours as the pool is not that big and kids are screaming loud.

Don’t dine in the hotel Chinese Michelin restaurant, overpriced, additional 15% service charge and the worst of all the food is not that impressive. They can’t even make the simplest chasiu right. No canton tower viewing if you don’t book the largest private room.

I traveled with my family and booked a 3-night stay at Four Seasons Guangzhou through Booking.com. We stayed in their newly renovated rooms, and during those first three days, we had a great and enjoyable stay. The staff were friendly, and overall, it was a pleasant experience.However, things changed when we needed to extend our stay for another 3 nights. We didn’t want to waste time relocating to another hotel, so we asked to extend our booking. Unfortunately, the receptionist, especially Miss Sue, was extremely unhelpful, rude, and unprofessional. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, she claimed to be the supervisor herself, which made the situation more frustrating. Her attitude was disappointing and not at all what you'd expect from a hotel of this level.Because we were traveling with family and didn’t want to disrupt our plans, we decided to rebook at the same hotel. However, we were moved to another floor and placed in older rooms with very limited amenities. There were multiple issues:Peeling paint on the wallsAn outdated bathroom with only one sink that had drainage problemsA broken toilet seat coverI even took pictures of these issues as they were unacceptable for a hotel of this standard.If I ever travel to Guangzhou again, I will definitely not stay at this hotel, and I will advise my friends and family to avoid it as well.

Nice food and location

The breakfast to go was a weak noting to eat.

Room spacious, clean, beautiful unblock tower view, good customer service, walking distance to Guangzhou library, museum and haixinsha river side to have a closer view at the Guangzhou tower.

The surroundings traffic is quite crowded.
