- Food, should has more variety and not every day to be same food category- Must have laundry & Ironing section, we should not make it with ourselves

We requested early check in and they accepted very well. The staff (Landen) helped us very much and they spent a lot of time with us to solve our problem.Breakfast should have more variety.

Excellent location (near the Railway Station), very clean and modern. Excellent shower and facilities. The free VPN is a plus that helps us work when traveling from abroad.

Some of the staff couldn't communicate in English. It's not good for an international hotel.

The location is very close to the GZ South Railway Station, just follow exit H if you take the metro and then follow sign P1 and exit through the Service center close to there. You will immediately see the building of the hotel with it's chinese name on it ‘丽芮酒店’。The staff was very kind, they let us to do early check in at 10.00 and even upgraded our room.

The air conditioning did not work well, so it was a bit warm at night. The water in the bathroom keep flooding, it was not really a problem since we only stayed for a night, so we put all the towel down to make it dry

We arrived late but they kept the restaurant open for drinks and food.

Near Guangzhou South Railway station. The staff are very friendly and helpful Love the Red theme and hotel decor. Nice restaurant that offers western and Chinese dinner. We had the western dinner and food and service was excellent. Breakfast selection was excellent, love the cheongfun, congee. I will stay at this hotel again if I am travelling from Guangzhou South High Speed Rail station.

So far to drag luggage from Guangzhou South Railway station due to construction everywhere. Especially difficult for elderly parents. Hotel does not offer complimentary pick up from Train station. Triple room is a bit cramped.

It was a great location, taken from the perspective of the Railway station, be brave and as long as it is daytime, watch your back, you can walk all to the hotel in 15 minutes. The surrounding areas are in progress of being built up, so in another year or two, I am quite sure this surrounding area would be peppered with amenities.

If you take the perspective of the hotel's proximity to sights in Guangdong, then you need to factor in the distance to those sights. A DiDi trip to town would typically take above 30 minutes. Didi costs here is relatively cheap as long as you can fit into a normal sedan. Didi cost goes up triple if you need a 6pax car.

Spacious room, modern with enough devices. Like the large vanity top which is most welcome by ladies.

I can say that this was one of the best hotels that i stayed in. Besides the fact that it has all the modern facilities and the design is great, it just has a special vibe about it! Fortunately we got an apartment at the last floor (36) and the view is amazing! I totally recommend this hotel if you are going to use the Guangzhou South Railway station as it is 10 min away walking. If you want to stay in the city center then obviously choose something there. Breakfast is good if you know how to choose local things as it is cooked on site. I would say good value for money!

It would have been amazing if they had a swimming pool but i see it is not very popular to have one here in China so i guess it is normal.

Very easy and convenient as it is very near to the train station. However, the location is far from major attractions, you will need to take Didi everywhere.They use premium soap (Acca Kappa) in the hotel.

Location is close to Guangzhou South Railway Station. Staff were excellent, great first impression, enough English between them all for chumps like me who need it!Reception is on 27th floor, guest rooms are 29+ so expect a reasonable view of the area.The room had everything! Basic all-inclusive mini-bar including drip coffee bags & nut mix packs, bathrobes, slippers, toiletries, amazing shower, very comfortable bed, awesome pillows! TV with local channels plus casting via WeChat.Basic but surprisingly adequate fitness room.7-11 plus at least 2 local restaurants on ground floor. Bank of China over the road for changing money (about a 10 min walk via underpasses - limited English, don't let them try sign you up as a customer, use the ATMs).

Nothing really.Others might not like the lack of A/C controls - I only did an overnighter so I was ok with their default setting. Also, the curtains have push-button control: fully open or fully closed. Not ideal when your room faces east/morning sun. Makes it hard to see with natural light without the room heating up when you can't adjust the A/C down. Not a problem for me since only overnighting as mentioned. First World problems.Did I mention that the bed & pillows are so comfy, and the shower is amazing?!Just book it and stay there! Life is short and regret is for future you! Enjoy!

I like the help of the staff, as I have difficulty with WeChat and Alipay. I like that it is very close to the railway station so that I could walk from the hotel to the station.

The Breakfast was not complete enough, and there was not enough international choice.

-the hotel is new and clean and 5 mins walk to high speed train station / metro station . I enjoy my stay there .

Clean and comfortable. All as advertised. Very convenient to walk to south railway station.

No issues

Very nice new hotel, large rooms with good amenities including free drinks in the mini bar fridge. There is a bar and restaurant as well as a 711 and food venue on the ground floor.

The hotel is very hard to get to from the railway station without knowing where to go. Google maps does not mark it accurately so it could be hard for foreigners like myself. There is a large construction site blocking access from the main exit so you need to go under the metro underpass and out the other side.

Only stayed for 7 hours so no time to form an opinion at all.Stayed for the closeness to the train station.
