Location was great- close to lots of dining options and the Grandview Mall. Also liked the breakfast buffet.

The Wifi Internet was EXTREMELY slow. Took forever to load websites and when we tried to download shows on Itunes for our plane ride back, each one took over 10 hours.

The cleanliness of the bathroom needs to be improved. The fan in the bathroom seem to be broken...

Personally I found the serviced apartment great. It included a kitchen which I didn't use but also a table with chairs, a great shower and an amazing view over the city. The staff is very helpful and places attention on details. For example: after a few days the cleaning lady noticed that always used both water bottles that the provide for free. So now she was putting 4 free water bottles on a daily basis.Also, I always removed 1 of the pillows from the bed and after a few days she didn't put it on my bed anymore when making the bed. I like the attention to such details, it makes you feel cared about.

We got a great deal to stay here and we had the most amazing time. Service was exceptional from check in to check out . Front Office staff very helpful and friendly. Restaurant staff always smiling and nothing was a problem. Breakfast for us was outstanding , good variety of freshly cooked dishes on buffet each day , we especially enjoyed the Cantonese dishes and choice of teas. Great views from our room , especially at night time. Had an apartment , everything we needed,, the bed was so big and comfortable, found it hard to get up in morning. Location of hotel in easy reach of many food outlets and shopping malls and easy walk to beautiful gardens. Were very sad to leave, home away from home.

Great location with shops and restaurants right outside. The two bedroom family suite was very spacious and well appointed with excellent city views. Breakfast was great.

It was my second time to this serviced apartments . Staff are very helpful and friendly. Location is good but not great.

The kitchen appliances always dirty, the room service doesn’t clean it well. The furniture is old dated but overall it’s ok.

location is in the middle of the city perfect for restaurants from 5 star to normal street food, local fruit shops are all within walking distance.hotel is very well maintained, clean and beds are very comfortable. Receiving deliveries is a smooth process with the hotel in regard to managing.Staff are always keen on helping.

There is only one thing I wish the hotel offered more of and that's a wider range of western breakfast for the buffet, they do offer but its minimal a more variety would make it perfect.

The toilet bowl choked twice; a power trip within the kitchen; oven not working; the stopper in the wash basin malfunctioned.

Easy to get transportation. Staff are extremely helpful. The room has a nice view. Everything is kept clean. Language is no problem.

All rooms come with only a single queen size bed. Would be good to have 2 single beds.

Friendly and Helpful Staff. The Location has Lots of Food Choices just around the Hotel, and there was a Few Shopping Mall nearby which is about 10 Minutes walk. The Room was Great as it has a Kitchen Corner in it.

Location is very central. Staff was nice and we were allowed to check in earlier.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The Grandview Mall , subway are within 15 mins walking distance.
