The rooms were clean and all the facilities were provided. We got and early check in thanks for that. The staff members were friendly

The communication was hard because most of the staff members didn't speak English including the driver

I got charged twice by the hotel for my room. They said they will issue refund but still no refund Be careful

Good hotel near airport with shuttle service. Room and facilities are standard Hilton offering. Limited dining options

Clean, comfortable. Shuttle worked once located. Was OK for a shower and rest between flights (we had 8hr layover). Any shorter than this and I would probably opt for a lounge instead.

Need to get a 24hr transit visa to get to this property - bear this in mind. We were lucky and arrived at 5am so there was no queue. If you had to queue a few hours I'm not sure it would be worth it.The shuttles only came hourly. We just missed the shuttle at 5:13am, so had to wait an hour until the next one, despite calling the hotel. We couldn't get a cab because no ATMs in the airport and our cards wouldn't work - maybe take out yen before hand. In the future, I would probably opt for a hotel closer to the terminal that I could walk to. Obviously no internet in china, unable to call the hotel etc. Found airport staff that helped us do this. Need proof of hotel stay for the visa, so make sure that's loaded before you land as won't have internet there.

Airport shuttle broke down and we were not informed this caused us unreasonable wait at the airport

The location is too noisy. There are so many logistics companies there. Can hear the noisy.

Room is spacious and well equipped.

The drainage seems clogged especially my room sink sink. The water took very long to drain.

Shuttle airport service only runs once an hour, I arrived 9:15pm, I then waited nearly 1.5 hours for the next shuttle, by the time I made it to hotel I’d missed room service which ends at 10:30pm taxis seem to only take cash for and for a layover I only had my card.

Good price and it's a fairly new hotel. Very closed to the airport and shuttle bus was provided. I would stay again if I need to be near the airport.

It's a bit far to find a good restaurant

Absolutely not Hilton standards. Infact the behaviour of the reception staff, no dinner options at the hotel (lights were off in the restaurant area and no one was around to advice) affects the Hilton brand. The room though small can do with a Hilton touch - Nothing in the room gave a Hilton Garden feel and appeal

It’s quite far from the city, so if you’re on a long stay over (24h) with China southern, you can’t just jump on a train into the city

The customer service was exceptional. I arrive the hotel way before the check-in time and the receptionist try to give me the room at a earliest time and even upgrade my room.

Breakfast standard was poor. There was no proper coffee machine, coffee was from an instant coffee bag.

Great location, about 10 minutes away from the airport. Food was good, not so much variety but good. Room had an OK size. Very clean. There is a small park outside that looks nice at night. Staff was friendly.

Location, there is a noisy warehouse across the street. The street where it's located is an alley that isn't too nice. Food variety was low. The bathroom is quite small.

The Hotel was very clean and fresh. Parquetry in the bedroom so you don't have that stuffy smell. Room was quite spacious and modern. Bathroom/Toilet very clean. The bed was very comfortable as well as the pillows. The staffs were very welcoming and speak english very well. We also like the airport bus shuttle (To & From the airport) but make sure to check the time with reception.

Nothing to do with the hotel, but on a side note, be careful not to get scam at the airport. When we arrived late at night, we called the hotel several times to see if we could still get the free "Airport Shuttle" but no one answered the phone. So we had to take a taxi and we got scammed at the airport by 2 guys pretending to be Taxi drivers. We asked whether they have the meter and they said "yes" and rushed us in the taxi. But when you reached your destination, they charged you like 5 times more and said they have to pay for the parking at the airport. So please be careful. It was not a pleasant experience especially after a long flight and got scammed first thing as you land.

Location is a bit far from Airport and we cannot find hotel's shuttle bus. Hotel is new and spotless, cozy and refreshing. Staff are nice.

It would be great if shuttle bus location and schedule can be shared online or in reservation email.
