Hotel, cleanliness and comfort are so so perfect. This is my favorite hotel in China, little far from center and fair but Metro station is near to hotel and everywhere you can come in 30 min max. Come and realy enjoy

Nothing, all so perfect.

It was clean, good ambiance, friendly staff and housekeeping. The gym was nice. The rooms were a really nice size, so much space.

Rooms are spacious . The location is great and staff is very professional .

Wifi was very slow. Only chinese web resources such as baidu worked fast. Google, youtube, gmail, whatsapp, instagram and other popular resources worked really like really slow. Need to have a swimming hat if you need to use swimming pool which seemed awkward for me. Pool seemed shallow for me, the depth was around 1m 40 cm i believe. Asked for chair and they provided a plastic chair which is not acceptable for five star hotel.

Location is perfect and value for money.

Dinner area too cold.

The room smelled to cigarette.And troubles with the shuttle bus.

Loved the facilities and the service. The beautiful courtyard was also a highlight.

1. Wifi non existent ! Couldn’t do my work, took my 3 hours to download 13 photos, and had to send a daily report to office! Made my day sooooo long 2. Food service - dire - up to 2 hours wait, food cold and not delivered together 3. Staff miserable (apart from 2, Joyce & Mei lei in bar) 4. Couldn’t change money - made the trip difficult 5. Booked because of free bus to canton fair. I suffer with RA, and the walk to and from the bus was very long for me, ruined my days. I requested help, none given.6. Not one English staff on reception, miserable and very u helpful. 7. Asked frequently to not sit on the concrete hall out the front, while many males not asked. 8. Emailed the manager whilst at the location (stayed a week) no response! Rude.

I had a great stay at Four Points hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, which made for a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. The amenities were well thought out, covering everything I needed and more, while the facilities were top-notch and well-maintained. Also they provided shuttle buses to canton fair. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quality stay!

Overall, the hotel was good, but there were a couple of drawbacks. First, there were no restaurants nearby, so I was limited to dining at the hotel’s own restaurants. Additionally, the breakfast options for vegetarians were quite limited, which was a bit disappointing. With a bit more variety and more dining choices nearby, the experience would have been even better.

The elevator was responsive, and the concierge helped us booked the taxi

One of the best hotel stays ever for us. Huge room, comfy beds and pillows, big shower cabin, nice view. Staff was extremely helpful in our various requests, including room service. Relatively close to the airport, and has a metro station nearby.Value for money is great - do not miss it!!!

Although close to the airport, it is rather away from the city center and requires a 20-min car ride always. However, the taxi is rather affordable.

The hotel is gorgeous and the whole Marriot complex is stunning. New, modern, well designed and clean. We travel a lot and this was one of the best stays. The staff is efficient, also when we asked to change the room it was arranged within minutes. Breakfast is very good, lot to choose from. As per location, it is not central but anyway cer convenient since the metro (Baiyun Cultural Square) is just a few minutes away.

It is a new and very clean hotel with a very good breakfast. Fast access to metro station.

At reception nobody speak english.

The property was in a beautiful area and very close to Baiyun Culture Square metro station- east to get all around Guangzhou on Line 2. The hotel itself is very clean and modern.

Not Recommended :Being a 5 star hotel, what was expected wasn't addressed at all. The worst wifi, it cant be slower than this, had a very tough time coz of that. Worst part, the hotel never even had a proper revert also on the same. Hardly 1 or 2 staffs speaks in English also.We were there for 10 days and for the 10 days the breakfast buffet was exactly the same. No new items or so.Definitely not recommended.

The location is convenient as it’s located close to the metro line. Breakfast is superb as there are plenty of choices to choose from.

Should have a pillow menu as the pillows provided is not suitable for everyone as for me it’s too soft
